Steve does a great job.
The CONN chart you show at 18:02 was in 2017, and at that point "When to sell" might be good for a swing trader, as it would break the "T-line", but the stock would go on to double by the end of that year. So I would suggest to stay in a stock with higher lows. That might keep you in a nice trend. But if you day trade, it's going to be tough.

sir i want help in the formula in exploration what is the formula for first time for example i want if price OHLC is closed above 15 SMA the scanner show result only stock which are first time only
Try this cross(l,mov(c,15,s) It will look for the low to cross up above the SMA .
