Not an addon, it's the watchers overlay though I wouldn't be surprised if someone attempted to make a similar one.

FYI, hansol is only relevant and in a tourny because the game has regressed to the point where someone as bad as him can compete because there's such a limited way to outplay anyone anymore.
( And still loses to a Jah that barely plays anymore and extremely washed/rusty LOL )
