      Right. The victim is NEVER to blame. However, the choices we make we are still responsible for. The people who enter and stay in our lives are attracted by US. This isn’t about fault or blame. It’s simply about the fact that life is about ENERGY, VIBRATION, ATTRACTION (LAW OF ATTRACTION, LIKE ATTRACTS LIKE etc) and free will/choices. I’m not saying that you have to be a gRapist to attract a gRApe but you do have in your vibration the elements needed to attract that event/person. Not how you dress or act but perhaps a strong phobia, obsessive thought patterns, being a soft target ie (being oblivious, over saturated mind with true crime involving murder/grape coupled with an intense fear and belief you will be a victim. Make sense or will u call me a victim blamer? This doesn’t even take into account the possibility of KARMA and pre incarnation agreements. 🤷🏾‍♂️

    I got a restraining order on my father when i turned 18. If you have ever gone though something like that, it is exactly like a real hearing. There was a judge, we sat on different side of the courtroom, and I had to give my statement on the stand. Then after my statement, my dad could question me. It was terrible. I was terrified. I was bawling. I felt like I was going to be sick. The judge looked at me, and she told me to take my time, and promised me that he couldn't hurt me there. Not anymore. He started to ask his questions. Things like 1) have you ever cussed? 2) have you ever called your brothers and sisters names? 3) have you ever hit them. My answers were all the same, "Yes, but I was a child." He tried to enter in a letter as evidence. He had a girl I worked with write it against me. I had no idea the entire time I worked there he was best friends with her mom, and they had her write a letter diminishing my character. The judge refused to allow it because the girl who wrote it was not there, and I have a right to face my accuser. He did not like that. He started to yell at me, telling me I was under oath, going off. The judge told him to sit down, it was her court and she was in control, not him. He had no other questions, because for the first time in his life a WOMAN had more power than he did, and she wasn't going to falter. He refused to go on the stand himself and give testimony against me. He automatically lost his cause because without his testimony, she only had my testimony to go off of. He was furious.
    I haven't seen him since.
    Darryl reminds me of him.

Surely an advocate nearby or screens so that the victim doesn’t have to see their abuser but still allows the court & jurors to see both could be kinder, or maybe from another location with the technology that is now available (allowing for support for victims to be close) could or should be considered in cases where the defendants represent themselves. I know EXACTLY HOW SHE FEELS I've BEEN IN A DOMESTIC violence relationship and I almost killed a few times. The anger the hurt betrayal etc and it's so sad that she has to keep reliving it. When someone you trusted and have children or a child with is an ABUSIVE NARCISSIST it's so gut reaching to even here them speak let alone continue to see them even breath the fact that he tried to turn it around on her and make look like the victim is crazy. The system is ment to " protect the unprotected " and yet it's sadly not all the time it works. I Pray that her and the families of all of the victims get Justice. Sometimes you just wish certain people can get a taste of the medicine they put out but KARMA IS EVERYTHING ... GOD BLESS THEM ALL 🙏💕💙

    Listening to his mother, it seems like upheld him in his wrong his entire life. This is why he is incapable of taking responsibility for his actions. He apologizes for his actions, and then turn it around and make it all about him. It’s obvious this type of thinking started from his childhood. His grandmother started by apologizing to the victims and then demanded him to apologize to them. Then notice how his mother came straight out the gate talking about his mental health issues (making excuses for him) and barely made any effort to instruct him to apologize to his victims. His mother is to blame for creating this monstrous unapologetic behavior. He’s never going to tell the truth nor apologize from his heart for what he has done.

    • @Fatbum11
      @Fatbum11 Год назад +1

      I’ve been in aa groups where most of the men who have been abusive to their families and other men, is because of their abusive mothers, also the abusive women in aa were that way because of their abusive mothers. There can be reasons for woman to be this way because of thyroid hormones being disrupted, ie mood swings, pcos causing mood swings, low and high estrogen, high prolactin causing mood swings, anemia , vitamin deficiencies. Also these are hereditary diseases applicable apart from the pcos to both sexes but most people don’t get diagnosed, because blood reference ranges go by one reference range fits all, even when the results show on paper a person is sub clinical and abnormal. One of the first things they check in mental hospitals is the thyroid, but also there is ever changing reference ranges. So how can we know by looking and meeting people we truly know why people we meet are why they are.
