I think you used twice as much pasta needed and not near enough pasta sauce. i think you could move some of that to a different baking dish and dump some more pasta sauce on it.

So proud that you are doing these videos! Please try the Four Sigmatic 'Think' Organic Mushroom Coffee. It's an organic HEALTHY instant coffee, with caffeine, but the mushrooms offset the effects of caffeine. Although it's a bit pricey on Amazon, etc. , it's been a game changer for me because I LOVE coffee, but caffeine makes me loopy, Lol. P.S. I think you Rock!

@@ADHDSoup The Four Sigmatic brand tastes amazing. It has Lion's Mane & Chaga mushrooms in it, but I personally can't taste the mushrooms. I also use cream, but even without the cream the mushrooms really aren't noticeable. You can also get it in actual bags (ground), rather than the instant version.

Cream cheese, thankfully, has an excellent shelf life. Makes you wonder, though, how long that moldy one was on the shelf at the store 🤔🫤
