The different screw is there because you can buy a glide lock type clasp for this and swap out the original. The glidelock comes with an end link.

Got mine a week ago, the white indices with date, and i was a bit underwhelmed when I unboxed it, however having had it on wrist for the last 6 days its really growing on me. They just nailed the color, its just gorgeous in all lighting conditions and like my other 3 from Watchdives they're well regulated out of the box. Glad you mentioned the screws, took me a minute or ten to figure that one out lol.

I think the blue dial and bezel are perfect shades for the watch.
Thickness puts me off a bit.

Caught my attention at first, but the thickness absolutely kills it for me, in a negative way, obviously.
That looks like one of the old Tudor subs that the Marine Nationale used and it would look the business on an MN style olive and gold elastic strap

I looked at their site got some decent deals this watch is very good by the looks of it spec wise and dimensions I’m not buying anything at the moment but will definitely pick something up at end of the year when I’ve had clear out of my collection 👍
Apart from the logo, that is pretty close to my Steinhart . Eerily so.

I bought the same watch and I'm really enjoying it. I have been looking out for a nice vintage Tudor snowflake homage for a while. There's a lot too like about the watch. I agree it should have been at least 1mm thinner and the shade of lume on the hands is slightly different to the hour markers. Overall I'm very happy with it

Good specs on this one. SanMartin is knocking it out of the park lately. Putting brands like SEIKO to shame. The case height is in the ball park of the SEIKO 5.

42.5mm case diameter is still there along with a case thickness of 13.6mm, and a lug-to-lug distance of 46mm
NH36 thickness is 13.4

I bought a similar MN Tudor homage from Tiger Concepts. Better case, dial, hand and especially the crystal. They’ve got a truly awful website but make great vintage homages. Thanks for the vid.

Mine came with tilted and crooked hour and seconds hand. Not sure how it passed QC

I had that same issue with two Addiesdive watches, I did watch repair back in the day so I fixed the issues myself. Lots of times the metal band have sharp edges that I have to sand down, but the watches are cheap. San Martin has been excellent in all aspects but they are normally more expensive.
Yeah I am pretty disappointed, so far customer service has not been great either. If I had the tools I would maybe attempt a fix. But so far they are only offering a small discount or pay to ship the Watch back and order again in the hopes the next watch won’t be busted too. I have a San Martin as well and I have no complaints at all with that watch.
Almost went for one of these, but the mid case is too thick. Throws off the look.

Now with those threaded screws, that’s interesting that the one has the thread up by the head or the slot is I never thought of that. I think that’s a good idea when you’re getting the screw machine you have a good hold once you machine the diameter down, and you put it in swinging into the collet. You got a real solid hold on it to turn the thread and machine the slot .
The rehaut looks janky seems like the watch would be unstoppable if it was half as deep, or made to appear shallower, 14mm ?and something done to soften those crown guards

It's too thick. The san martin vintage snowflake (discontinued) was beautiful and close to the tudor 80s sub. I wish they would re release it.
I hate fake vintage yellow lume. Would've been nice with a quartz for every day beater. Cant seem to find a nice small dive quartz watch

1:43 Are you sure the movement is Seiko? Or just seiko-alike? I think they put chinese copies inside the watch and there is no Seiko markings.
Where? Original seiko movements are only £15 to buy, if not cheaper to these guys
