Damn maybe my Ryzen 5 1600 is bottlenecking my 1660ti really bad. I only get like 80 fps max on all low settings on 1920x1080

My pc has a ryzen 5 2600 with 16gb ram @3000mhz and a 1660ti undervolted and vram +900mhz via afterburner.
Most settings are set to high and i set a frame limit to 75 cause of the monitor.FPS are 95% of the time 60+ .Do you persue FPS at low quality ? Cause my pov is to enjoy quality graphics instead of benchmark numbers.
