    IMO Avondale is getting these prices due to their proximity to Goodyear. The Goodyear/Buckeye home interest is fire right now. AZ west valley is starting to see its potential. When I bought a home in Gilbert several years back it was interesting to see how Queen Creek & San Tan looked then. Now those cities are quickly rising in price. As far as the rent for the homes you showcased… it’s a no for me!

  • @cbzzzzzzzzzzz1167
    @cbzzzzzzzzzzz1167 3 года назад +4

    I love your humor. Another way to see what the neighborhood in your area is like is to see how animals act around you. Are they friendly or frightened and aggressive? Hurt animals mean you have cruelty in the area. Or how many doors have security doors and bars on windows. Are there people out walking their dogs and children riding bikes and playing? Dead flying cock roaches are also an indication of something to think about. Best thing to do is knock on the next door neighbors door to introduce yourself to ask about the area and get a feel for who your neighbors will be. If they are friendly and talk to you, then that is always a good thing. All things you do anyway...very smart. House shopping is hard enough, always helps to have tips. They want too much for rent here, so sad. Many are being taken advantage of right now. Arizona is getting pricey.

  • @88spaces
    @88spaces 2 года назад +1

    For the area, the homes aren't bad. Just realize where you're moving to. The shared parking space might be a problem. Props to the owners for modernizing the property.

    That's my neighborhood, and let me tell you, they're crazy for the $2000/mo, especially on that particular street and being right next to Central. The second unit was good for its price. It even seemed the bedrooms were bigger. The small Mom and Pop shops/restaurants around here can't be beat though. I can definitely give suggestions on those. Keep it up, Super!

And the tile in that 2nd bathroom looks like floor tile for the kitchen. Hmm. Also, I couldn't do a house behind a house. Something about that makes me feel boxed in, so that's a hard pass for me. Hello Big Super and friends. This is just my opinion. And my opinion only I think these Landlords are trying to recoup there loses from that what do you call it. No evictions thing where people stopped paying rent for months. And owners couldn't evict.. I hate to say it. But people are struggling.right now. It's difficult to pay these high rents. I think landlords are taking advantage. But Big Super despite all that. I still appreciate your tours of Arizona. 👍

    I agree very small. Can’t believe they don’t have a microwave in the kitchen given there isn’t much counter space. And if everyone comes out of their bedroom at the same time there would be a traffic jam, not enough hallway space. Definitely a home for a couple with small kids. However the next home they did better with the kitchen, but still small. No back door now I don’t know about that 🤷🏽‍♀️
