I would not recommend walking down Buckeye for any reason. That area is purely horrible. I know it very well. That switch in the bedroom room is an ancient swamp cooler switch. They should tear that whole building down and build a Popeyes Chicken.

That switch in the bedroom is for the swamp cooler. That's all we used to have back then before AC. It was cheap and comfortable. AC was for rich people!
I would be curious if that house is permittee to be multi-unit rental. I nice phone call the city of phoenix would be my first call along the the housing authority. Sister was living in a three bedroom two story a few years (3/4 maybe) ago for $1100. I can only imagine how much it's gone up since. Same area, just down the street.
That’s has to be the worst apartment for 1,000$ I seen anywhere
ikr
At 13:30, was that a swamp cooler? You said, "Better than outside!" OUCH!!!! The commentary is stellar!
Dam, I'll stay in California, my studio apartment is twice the size of that place and it's $1250, has a laundry room and 2 pools!
I guess greed is alive and well in these landlords minds 😡🤬🤬🤬
Thanks for sharing
You look like, you got trouble written all over you.
You always do a great job Supe!
I am so thankful I purchased my home 15 years ago , and was able to get a mortgage of $753 a month. 2 bedroom , one bath, big yard. Might be better to purchase a home.
Wow for that price point they should be ashamed of themselves. Smh it’s highway robbery.
I live n small town about an hour from PHX apartments around the same size as that here was going for around 500.00 at one point this past year
@@michellepetersen8457 What area/direction outside of Phoenix?
@john about 65 miles south of PHX.
The house is a manufactured home converted into multiple family home. The bedroom is actually a laundry room converted into a bedroom.
Wow..
That is crazy Super! I was out there from 98 to 07 and was renting 10 times as nice in a pretty decent area for 500 to 600 a month.
Yes... I remember those times.
Great video, that switch I think is for the swamp cooler. Hard pass for myself, the questionable odor and it’s too small. I would price this at no more than $725 per month.
Big Facts!
Yep swamp cooler. So basically won’t work to cool if it’s humid out 😬
yes it is switch for a swamp cooler but it AZ how could you live with just a swamp cooler when it so hot in the summer
I would not recommend walking down Buckeye for any reason. That area is purely horrible. I know it very well. That switch in the bedroom room is an ancient swamp cooler switch. They should tear that whole building down and build a Popeyes Chicken.
@ 3:40 "this is old and they let it to die" lmfao!!!!
80 degrees, closed for the winter???
Thanks for this Video Fam....
💯
Ouch!!!! That was unbelievably bad! Two years ago that place would not have listed at that price!! Talk about prices sky rocketing!
My have times changed!
Uhh, this would be a definite no for me. You couldn't pay me $999 to call it home. Like you said, the good, the bad and the ugly. Thanks for sharing! 👍
Hey Patty! Yeah, this one is rough!
Even older homes for rent going for 1,600 a month homes selling for 400,000 it's ridiculous! Price gouging yes
Property taxes on multi-unit rental would be more than just single residence? If you have the address can look it up on the Maricopa county assessors web sight.
That place does look like a single family
Yep. REAL suspect, right?
This is dope city south Phoenix
Big Super, first off, bless you for trying to hold it together, though you STILL called it like you saw it with the name of this vid. I'm big on making the best of things when I have to, BUT... O-o-o-ooh! We have communities like this here, and I hate driving through them. Even in broad daylight, they are absolutely soul-sucking. And that...place?. Appreciate the share, but I couldn't. Hard-d-d pass. And that you took that pause when you walked in. "Okay..." and the memes don't make it better. *LOL*
Yo I was hollering at your edits😂😂😂😂. I just watch n normally don’t comment but you had me 😂😂😂😂🙌🏾💪🏾
I appreciate that... Glad you enjoyed. Thanks for watching!😂
999 dollars a month for this to me is unreasonable but I understand that everybody has to start somewhere and for somebody somewhere this is a blessing for them
Love your videos!
ROFL!!! I am laughing my ass off....This look like the apartment Samuel L Jackson was living in when he got murdered by that old White gangster in the film Hard Eight. This is the place you move into when you are waiting for death to find you...
Oh hell no! Not even worth $500
Agreed!
I am here off of 15th Ave & Grant, right down the street from the Capitol. Yet this area is interesting! Still sumn' 'bout it is sweet. Great job bro! ☝🏾👀
Come on man -- that's a palace...
... in Bumf*#k, Nicaragua. 😉
Hope everyone has a safe and happy Turkey day.
You Too Brotha! Thanks for checking In.
Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family!
That dial looks like a switch for a swamp cooler.
I love your blog I have gone to just about every place you have gone I'm been looking for a place to live but I'm on a fixed income but it's so expensive for me anyway I'm going to keep watching you oh and you have a beautiful family 👪 I wish you all the best God bless you and your family and may he multiple all you touch an have much love and respect 💖
Thank you Linda... Thanks for watching and supporting!
Bid super keeps it realistic every time 💪🏾💯
Always
“It beats being outside. That’s all I can say!” 🤣🤣that’s the old Swamp Cooler. Hahaha 999.00 they BuMPED their HEAD!!
Lol I thought the same beats being outdoors & U have 2 start from some where.😀
It’s been like this all over the country, even in the south. At this rate I’ll be moving to Mexico or Portugal or something. This is ridiculous.
If you have 1000 dollars to spent on that, you can afford to rent a room in a nice home or find a roommate! Unless you're jacked up! Sure that's a mansion to a person that's been sleeping rough, but 1000 dollars, get serious! 450 dollars at best! Probably smells like smoke inside. Ceiling was dingy!
Facts... Rent a room in someones house for less. $450.. TOPS, Max
@@OfficialBigSuper see! Them with your 1000, you'd be ballin!
They use to rent for $250 in the early 2000s & that’s a fact. It’s so sad that the prices have gone up so fast especially in this situation the living conditions aren’t great & so on. 1000 use to get you a 3-4 bedroom house in the west. I guess times have really changed.
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣BIG SUPER, YOUR REACTIONS ARE HILARIOUS. I FEEL SORRY FOR YOU ON THIS ONE. BUT I CANNOT STOP LAUGHING...SORRY🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣ALL JOKES ASIDE, YOU RIGHT..ITS BETTER THAN OUTSIDE.🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️
they are out of their damn mind🤯 I wouldn't even pay 700 to live in that
That apt should be rented for $150 to $175 tops.
Damn looks like a home for the mouse 👪. I won't lie you can get a 950 sq foot apt in Brooklyn NY for about $1600 in a good area too this is definitely a price gouge abuse
You couldn't call it in the video, but it look like Laminate flooring for back splash in the kitchen.
You're absolutely right! I couldn't think of it for nothing AND that is exactly what it was.
@@OfficialBigSuper Because you were shocked by the apartment....me to 😂 Good work out here stay blessed
What in the let me slap this thang together to make a quick buck is going on here 😂
😂
