@KingDrakoTyrell though I could do such a thing, agreed, it's best to wait. It's not if, but WHEN Mattel will make an HC spinosaurus. There's one more HC reveal coming up this year before the holidays.
@@trikeonabike4949 yeah. I think it’s just taking long because they’re doing all the JW figures but then eventually they’ll finish their JP line on HC and hopefully camp cretecous and chaos theory.

This is the best Giganotosaurus figure Mattel has produced, the amount of detail is incredible and I can't wait for my chance to add this apex predator to my Hammond Collection!! Awesome review Andy and looking forward to your review of the Hammond Collection Therizinosaurus!

Definitely one of the best ever produced by the Jurassic Park line. A must have piece for any Jurassic Park collectors collection. I definitely wouldn't sleep on this one a real GEM 💎
That is the most beautiful Hammond Collection dinosaur i've seen . It looks so beautiful and detailed and movie accurate . Respect to the people at Mattel for paying attention to what the fans wanted and learn from the custom figures .
I don’t think it’s movie accurate. I think it’s actually better lol. Mattel fixed the proportions in the body so it’s less bulky, fixed the skull shape and made it look more like a dinosaur instead of a giant crocodile that walks on two legs
Plus I really love the new knee and feet joints, that’s a great fix.

this is amazing! i am really excited for someone to make a stop motion of the rex and the giga fighting
One gripe i have with this figure is the lack of torso articulation

Dude, this one is awesome. Like truly when I first saw the trailer for it I was hyped and I’m still hyped since it’s releasing tomorrow although I do wish the creator, Hammond collection, Spino that’s probably the most requested one.
Yea ik why they have not made a spin-off it’s bc packaging bc u haft to attach a tail wich takes a lot of room so they need to fit and attachable spine

The proportions are great, the teeth look sharp, sculpt and coloration is 10/10, now imagine the spino figure with that quality

If they do I hope they don't use those awful bendable wings. They look cheap and flimsy, my amber pteranodon wings ripped from barely messing with the rubber material. Then again I'm just not a fan of Mattel's pteranodons, they're the weakest species of the line imo

Great dino and great review! Now we need them to bring on a Hammond Collection Indominus, the Buck and Doe from TLW, and the Spino. Then we'll finally have all the Alpha Super Predators.
I really hope they make an indominus Rex, it def shouldn’t be hard for them as they have made some pretty good indominus in the past.
It’s so much more well proportioned compared to the Rex. I love this thing
A big step up from thier OG Rex figure awhile back too and look at that properly sized feet this time! Along with the Carno too!

The only actual problem with it is that the arms are too big yes somehow Mattel actually gaslit me into thinking the arms were bigger but no they're actually smaller

I absolutely need this one, the skull looked better than the movie too! (E.g. They made the eye in the movie so big it looked a bit silly)
Well, in the scene were it stalks the characters who are hiding behind a jeep, it was actually the CG body superimposed over an animatronic Giganotosaurus head.

Just received my Giga and I noticed while articulating the tail, it doesn't feel like wire armature. It feels more like balljoints in a hollow rubber casing.
That has to be the best figure Mattel has done for JW.

I love it but I do feel like the skull should be a touch longer.
Seeing it next to the Carnotaurus made my jaw hit the floor. I thought the Carnotaurus was huge, but now I know what I'm going to be getting myself into when I get this guy
Super awesome but it does appear that you avoided trying to swivel the neck and head. Appears to be limited like the carnotaurus to only up and down and left and right.

The head is on slightly crooked. I got 2 on sale and the heads are put on exactly the same as the one in this review. Still my favorite hc figure. Pretty irksome that my favorite dino is the only one they did this to tho

It's completely fully painted, especially the dew claws, so Dino-miracle 🤩! Hammond Collection Dominion Giganotosaurus is absolutely Dino-fantastic! If i lucky enough, i will replaced very disappointed Strike'N'Roar Giganotosaurus with this much superior counterpart, Hammond Collection Dominion Giganotosaurus 😊. Super awesome video, Andy 🌷🤗!

This is a magnificent figure. Mattel is doing ok for this one. Its a good looking Giga too...
Hopefully it’s one of those things that releases for a few months and then people in eBay charge an arm and a leg like the dilo and ceratosaurus.

I think this figure looks almost perfect. Still think the glass eye should have been scrapped (at least for the smaller figures.) I recently got the Dimetrodon and Blue and you can barely see the pipil. On the Carno it works. A shame it has no torso articulation. This Giga does the neck have any form of rotation?

Pretty disappointed. It has all the problems that HC Rexy had, aka joints will become loose, tail will drop, jaws joint will loosen, paint will scratch, same cheap plastic… Body proportions are not accurate to CGI Giga model, arms are too long and ugly. All the scars on the body and head are missing completely or not visible at all. What a joke

@@Jurassic_Collecter-_1993 Yup, all my HC figures became loose just by standing. HC Rexy by far is the worst one, it fell apart just a few days after I got it. Joints became loose very quickly and the tail just become droopy and impossible to stay straight. Rubber on my HC dilo already started to tear (the tail part)
Sucks that he doesn’t have torso articulation.. oh well.

20+ years ago I went to the Gigantosaurus exhibit in Tokyo. They had the skeleton on display and that sucker is frikkin HUGE !!!
In my opinion the hc giga shouldn't have wrist articulation wanna know why? The giganotosaurus didn't have pronated wrists in the movie and in real life. Its stupid to me that they added wrist articulation to it at the cost of film accuracy. Most people isnt bothered about these inaccuracies but i get a bit annoyed with the inaccuracy to the source material.
