Good idea to monitor the feed lines. Restaurants are supposed to clean or replace the drink dispensaries regularly. If you drink tastes flat or off, it can be mold build-up in the feed lines or connections. Good job, well presented. The removable galley makes it easier to move friends or kids stuff on moving days…which of course never happens. Ha ha

Your modular galley is unique. It offers a way for your to monitor your water and wastewater systems for problems. I love the way you talk about safety during your videos (the securing of the modular galley to the van floor). Keep up the good tips Michele.
