The only thing that makes sense for the clip, is you Q'd and due to input buffer it triggered the circle where your mouse was prior to flash. Because Q range is rather large.
Both of those questionable Qs were during a flash-Q so could be weird input buffer or bug

u should try w max first on AP cho. its the secret tech. does almost as much damage as Q but its way easier to hit.

Rune from inspiration tree. The 3 elixir one gives bonus level up at level 9. It's a skill up not an actual level increase so at level 17 all your abilities are maxed
