Just visited Prague (and Kutna Hora) during christmas for five days, my first ever trip by airplane. (I'm 41 years old) Your videos were very helpful and fun, thank you so much!
I usually give 15% or more if it's good service so they are selling themselves short by asking for 10%. Some places in the US do this especially for large parties but they usually let you know beforehand by putting it on the menu or using a sign.
Nanesti Miru...my hotel was just a block away. Tramways to the castle, subway to wherever, good restaurants, quiet area and the most beautiful creature in Praha ask me if i needed help with my subway ticket. Good thing my wife could answer for me 🤣🤣🤣
Love your videos, thank you! I've been to Prague as a bachelor and loved it. Now I have a young child and was wondering what child-friendly things there are to do in Prague. Parks, playgrounds, kids-friendly museums, etc. Maybe that's an idea for a future video.
RPG's bringing the Christmas Joy!!! Great food and great things to see and do. As we come into the Christmas season, I am reminded that Mozart's original orchestration of Handle's Messiah, is in Prague Castle..... Or was when I saw it in 2012. For a musician, you get to see Handel's work and Mozart's work all in Mozart's handwriting. WOW!!!
Valery, really glad I found your videos am really looking forward to exploring Prague next week once I arrive on Monday. You have given me lots of ideas thanks
My favorite videographers have done it again, thank you. The museum alone makes the trip worth while. Then there's Valery waving around delicious pastries!!! I must talk to my travel agent!!!❤👌🎄
That model of Prague must be based on the Langweil Model of Prague which is in the Prague City Museum? The Langweil model is an incrediblly detailed and fascinating cardboard model - I only got to have a too short 5 minute look at it as the museum was actually closed for an official function. Highly recommend to see the model, for history buffs.
Yes, Langweil Model is in Prague City Museum on Florenc. Normally when museum is open, you have planty time to look at it and change lights to mark different quarters. It was also filmed by minicamera like you were walking on streets.
I was waiting for this kind of video. I have watched all your videos before and winter is my absolute favorite time of the year. This video is right up my alley. I love the cold so I would have no problem walking in the Czech Republic A.k.a. Czechoslovakia. I love saying that word. I am a history buff and I know the history of the Czech Republic and all of Eastern Europe. I was wondering, do you give private tours? I would just need the basics. I don’t want to come and be with people from my country and lots of tourists. I’m coming to see your beautiful country and experience everything without a crowd from other countries. That’s why I travel in the winter. The majority of people like coming in the summer. That’s not for me. I’m also looking forward to those great local cafés for coffee and a pastry.
Thanks! I’ll be in Prague in just over 2 weeks :) I’m from a cold state in the US and it’s just a bit warmer in Prague than here so should be good :) Do you know if they are doing Letna Park fireworks on January 1st?
@@stevemcgowen ah okay. We’ll definitely be avoiding the downtown area after dinner time on NYE anyway. I have an 11 year old and that’s not our scene. Going to get some wine to enjoy in the hotel :)
@Real Prague Guides We have heard what happened at the Prague University, our thoughts and prayers go out to everyone!
You guys are awesome!!!
Hello 👋👱😀😊 thank you love this video!!👍👏👏👏👏
Good job Valérie. Bravo. You're handy. 👍💯❤️🔥

Omg ! Me too one year from now
Hopefully me too. I'm starting to budget!!!!
I will be there tomorrow. So excited

Gyönyörű Prága. Májusba voltam. Nagyon jó volt. Örök élmény.

Yes we are. Luckily our tour group was two blocks away when it started and had enough time to react.

Watched a number of your videos as I'm visiting Prague in January. Some great tips and ideas, thanks...

I prefer Prague in winter- especially around Christmastime. I know it is touristy, but I really like the Venice boats in winter...

5:40 my all-time favourite video moment. Unbelievable acting abilities 😂
Now I'll have to go back to see Prague in the winter!

I visited Prague in winter. In Nerudova Street, several people were sledding down on their pants.
👍👍👍!!!

@@xsc1000 I have seen a 3 minute video of that filming with minicamera. Very nice.
Hey guys - come to the Grand Mark in the morning. I'm playing piano. Would love to see you before Christmas . I'm not advertising.

Hi! Thanks for your comment! Check our website please for more info about private tours!
Thank you. I will do that. I just bought a six pack of Pilsner Urquell. 👍 🍺
Czech Republic is not AKA "Czechoslovakia". As a history buff you should know that. Czechoslovakia does not exist anymore.
@@jamespppyacek342 yes, I know that. I said I just like saying the name.
CR is also Central Europe..
Is the gentleman that's holding your camera, your husband.❤
Would love to know where exactly in prague you are as I've been here for 2 days, and there is no snow here at all ..
Will it be snowing in January as well? We are planning
Bandung city
Making babies is a good winter activity 😂😂🎉🎉👍👌😁
A mandatory 10 percent tip seems like a bargain to my US custom where 15 is considered the minimum these days.

Prague no longer has city fireworks due to restrictions...

Everywhere in Prague wanted a tip, they better step up their service. Was just as bad as everywhere else in Europe.
