I’m sure that by now you know you should had bought longer screws for the top part and fastened the top as well right? Granted there is serious rust on that thing but you could had actually put a few actual stainless steel screws on top to secure it as well. Good luck. Thanks
Por favor podrian indicarme la medida de los tornillos decorativos de esos fender flares son como 40 pero no se la medida compre unos y llegaron sin ellos....
I bought the same flares for my truck and I'm not happy how they fit along the top with the rubber trim against the truck body. They are very loose and you could easily pull top away from the body. Does anybody else have the same issue?
Yes same issue here same truck. I ended up drilling a ton of holes trying to fit it better. Bracket system kind of sucks. I zip tied two on top with the original holes which helped. Not perfect but won’t go anywhere
And that’s why this video is incorrect, you should had purchased long stainless steel screws and actually drilled the holes on top and secure it correctly on top as well, not just on the bottom as this kid in this video is showing. That was absolutely not correct. Good luck
Hey Felix, so did you just drill all new holes on all 4 corners to get these installed? I'm having a Hell of a time getting mine on my '05. Thanks man!
I want to KNOW the point of the 9 screws around the top that don't attach to anything. Is it just cosmetic? I have flares i'm trying to install and for the LIFE OF ME it just doesn't make sense.
Felix, the accent screws on the side of my fender flares are loose,,, I want to replace them, do I have to take off the fender flare to put those new screws on?
Que medida tienen los tornillos decorativos... los podria cambiar por 7mm x 10mm leather spikes... y cuanto mide el orificio del tornillo decorativo...
I bought maybe almost the same ones but it can with 6pcs. Front w/ 2 smaller pcs that go behind the bigger flares. Then just the rear. Do I need the 2 smaller pcs or can I just get rid of them?
Unlike other commenters, I did not find this helpful. It seems there are some important steps missing. I can see where the rubber strip thingy goes and the screws at the bottom and underneath the lip. But, won't the top part where the strip thingy is be too flexible? I concerned that because the bolts around the top are "decorative" that water and stuff will get in or it will easily pry out if someone wanted to vandalise it. How is it secured along the top edge?
I’ve found lots of videos where guys talk the camera to death & don’t give any useful instruction. Does anyone know of a video that gives step by step instructions without all the empty talk, wasted time, & shitty background music? Asking for a friend.
If you have an impact driver and a 5/16 bit driver, very easy to buy a few self drilling screws to install these if holes don’t match.
Love how you tell us to skip to install
Thanks for the video buddy. That's a Ford for you. Same as my F150. Thanks again.
Thanks. I did this to my trucks and now it looks awesome!!!
That gives a mean look on your truck. Good job man and really helpful for me because I just ordered some. Thanks!
Good luck 👍🏻
One suggestion. I painted the rust before installing the flares so the rust wouldn't spread.
Exactly what I was thinking.
Hiw big was the drill bit you used to make custom holes?
Nice job truck looks good but did you sand n primer the rust before you put the fender flares
Thank you Felix!!! Big help. Next time I'll order the more expensive ones.
Why didn't you just drill holes where it matched the screw holes?
I’m sure that by now you know you should had bought longer screws for the top part and fastened the top as well right? Granted there is serious rust on that thing but you could had actually put a few actual stainless steel screws on top to secure it as well. Good luck. Thanks
0:05 precisely why im here. My 08 rusting exactly same spot
For real man u English is very clear but u have a rare accent thanks for the video
Did you cut out the rust and do some rust prevention before installing the flares on the bed
Highly doubtful

I left the small inserts out and mounted with self tapping screws through the pre-drilled holes in the flare.
It was easy for me to install. Thanks
What width n offset wheels to cover this flares?
Where can find ones for Ford f150 2013 fender flares
Search for flares that fit 2004-2014 flares between those years will work , just not on the Heritage or stepside models.
en cualquier camioneta se puede instalar fender flares tengo una satur vue 2007
Las que están en el link que está en la descripción es solo para Ford
Thank you felix
The fender comes with volts, but you never tied up those
I have a question.
Does tire size matter when you're putting on fender flares? I'm interested in adding some to my 2005 Ford F-150.
No it don’t matter.
How do you put the rubber stuff around it without the tape
You gotta push it in all the way and connected all around
I'm fighting with that rubber trim
There is a RED tape strip inside of the weatherstripping, pull it down and out as you press the rubber into place.
i would have sanded and primed that rust man. need to slow it down before your new fender flares eventually fall off
Can you fit them on a Ford rangee
No. This are only for Ford F-150. You might look around and find some for a ranger
It looks like you missed the bracket that goes under to hold the flares
I’ve been considering getting some for my truck. Did you get them off of eBay?
click on the description of this video the link is there
Justs put some on mine

You don't show any actual installation. Just after photos.
Sa serais bon si en français MERCI
Gee should have treated the rust first.

Better to do body work and remove that rust first buddy
Man... This video is not very helpful. This should be titled how not to install fender flares.
Those look terrible. Like a skirt flared out.
🤣🤣🤣
