Drumstick Deadlifts (single Leg)/Turkees (Burpees)

Planksgiving Planks/Leftover Lateral Lunges

Harvest Hops (skater Leaps)/Turkey Trot (high knees)

@@ShanaVerstegen you have been a huge part of my health metamorphosis. During 2020 I bought a strap, hung it from the garage ceiling, and used your workouts daily, working up from 2-3 days per week to 5-6 days. I went from a 38 inch waist to now a 31 inch waist and dropped 45 pounds. I'm 66 so it's never too late. Your instruction is motivational and inspiring. And fun! And I get to brag that my trainer is a world champion log roller! Thank you for everything. Enjoy your holidays!

You’re awesome Shana! Thx for sharing your energy and creativity! To answer your shout out: my fav part of the classic T-giving meal is cranberry sauce (preferably fresh now, although I grew up on the canned and still thought it was awesome...) To add to your fun T-giving TRXercises, how about Corn-y Crossover lunges? Good for the glut med/balance muscles :) And it may be a stretch but Tryptophan Triceps? Followed by side plank siesta? I’m grateful for you! And for being born in this great country with all its’ freedoms and complex challenges. On a more serious note, the more I learn about the holiday, it makes me very sad to read about the broken promises and seized land. Here’s to moving forward with more inclusivity, honesty, creativity, and respect for our children’s sake everywhere on this great planet.

And GREAT naming ideas. I will have to do a repeat for next year. In tonight's class I taught a "Tryptophan twist" which was a TRX Side Plank with Rotation, I like yours much better!

Ummm...burping burpees? Not that I'm advocating for that.
I kid you not, that in our LIVE TRX Tabata Class we did "Burping Bicycles" so we are on the same wavelength!
