I have been practicing Hawtha Yoga for 7 years. I only got into Kundalini about a month ago. It has been a life changer for me. This meditation brings me deeper and gives me calmness more than any yoga (Vinyasa or Yin). I have been practicing Transcendental Meditation since 1970. I have never gotten as deep as I did the first time I did this meditation. I want to thank Nirinjan for sharing this gift. I hope she is alive well and happy!

I reorganize this. I've been practicing Hatha since the sixties and met Kundalini Yoga in 1988 by accident. I was flabbergasted by the Kriyas and meditations.
I've met Yogi Bhajan twice when he was visiting the Ashram in Amsterdam.

Have been away from Kundalini for awhile. Started with basic spinal about 3 weeks ago with no meditation, so was looking to add on with the lovely woman who has the BSES video. This was so ethereal. Takes me back to her concert in Portland. Thank you.
