the snow foam is meant to saturate and loosen dirt and remove as much loose debris as possible during your touchless prewash, this helps to prevent scratches and swirls in the paint when you do your two bucket touch wash......never use degreeaser on paints or plastic, it is very caustic and will with out a doubt damage the surfaces.

Chemical Guys is great stuff. I use it all the time, but it's not designed to remove anything other than loose soil. It has no cutting power. That Purple Power ought to cut through grease, grime, and caked-on dirt for ya.
There stuff did work well but it still took some brushing.

Purple Power is good stuff but it's expensive. Try doing a side by side comparison between Purple Power & Mean Green concentrate. Walmart sells a gallon of Mean Green for about $8 and I think it works just as good or better than Purple Power. Don't confuse Mean Green with Simple Green. It's much better & I think after trying it you'll prefer it over the more expensive degreasers.

I think tue chemical guys soap is pH neutral so it has no power to remove debris like the ph10 basic purple power.
But ph neutral makes it sooo safe for bikes right??

I've heard that using degreaser often peels paint

It peeled my camo coating completely off my Mule Pro-FXT and I used a gentle degreaser about five times and camo came off. My dealer replaced under warranty and I quit using degreaser and haven't had any more problems

Put the purple power mix in the foam cannon.
In a week or two after our Halloween ride. I'll try to remember to link it here when I do.
I used the Purple Power in the foam cannon today. It foamed but didn't "melt" the mud off. It takes at least 5 to 1 for that.
It was worth a try.
