Thanks for your video. We just had our first male calf and I’ve been trying to decide what to do with him. He is from a Charolais mother and Beefmaster bull. Your video was most insightful and I love the way you think and your enthusiasm. I liked your idea of experimenting with breeds and your presentation was excellent. We have only the mother and her heifer which was her first born and now the male calf. I want to import more heifers from my home country Australia to Thailand where the cows are so I can retire there. I think I may leave him a bull and just see what happens.
"...more specifically, He's keeping them." had me cracking up. Hope it works out. like you said at the very least he's from a low birth weight, highly fertile momma.
Skywalker is a great looking lil man. Hard to believe he is 7 months already
What's the worst possible outcome? You eat em.
Not to mention, he was free. Pretty much your grass now.
Brave new world..kinda like exploring outer space..go for it!
Happy Thanksgiving!
Lucky Bull!!! It ain't no fun becoming a Bum Steer!!!
Don't you touch my Grandson.
