not only songs. all videos with such topic have the warning come up in the beginning. the song doesnt even have word suicide if im not mistaken. death maybe. ive listened to the song a lot of time esp the cover by mafumafu. very powerful song when he sang it. but the theme of the song have been known for years to be about someone suicidal BUT wanting to live so I guess RUclips have the song flagged for it bcs people be triggered nowadays.
That surprised me too, I never saw it before XD In my case it was definitely about the lyrics, the warning just straight up said "references to suicide/self-harm"
I was surprised myself. I didn't expect that on one of Oshi's videos. But there is Pomp and Circumstance so I kinda rolled with it. Also it built interest in the song so thanks for the free ad there, RUclips. Appreciate it.
Okay, if this is something that happened to a cover she did of a song that had a word or reference to that act, then that makes WAY more sense than anything Sora would have done on camera. She is practically the standard of seiso-ness for idols!
nope. The song has been around for years. RUclips must have flagged the song because even though there was no direct mention of the word suicide, there are words such as death and wanting to live and because the song had been famous before, with one cover by mafumafu getting millions of views (155M in fact), RUclips team and AI must have known. It's just standard practice by YT. No big deal. It's not demonetised or anything. Just a simple warning for the feeble, triggered and victims of such act.
For now I did send feedback that it's a cover song and that there's no such intention. Given that there's no such warning other covers, it should be gone soon but it's YT, you never know what it will do
Well, now I gotta see for myself. Never would have guessed Soda-chan would get the 45 treatment. (Note: 45 is a song by Shinedown that MTV forced censorship of because of similar stuff. The band was furious because at the same time, they were letting rap apparently get away with whatever they wanted. Even though 45 wasn't actually talking about "the thing" though, the song's very heavy on metaphor.) EDIT: Huh... well, that was different.
i just wish if you pressed you were okay with it once that it wouldn't show up again because it's really annoying whenever i listen to that one yoasobi song and i have to click confirm
Such a phrase is often found in songs with the word suicide.

0:00 Adorable Aka-chan noises
Mentally weak does describe RUclips staff quite well
She's... so... cute...
I mean the warning makes sense given the lyrics so it's not a real oopsie like AZKi's yandere asmr temporary demonetisation
1:09 Oh my
00:04 Me spitting out the cup noodle noodle's by accident, because i wasn't prepare how _cute_ that was...........
I mean yeah thats what happens when you make a cover of that song
Cute aka-chan
The real question is, did the artificial stupidity see something that wasn't there?
The song is called "Hated by life itself" and does have some dark themes.
Though your mileage may vary on whether it merits the warning or not.
no, it makes sense cause of the lyrics

Whilst it makes sense considering the themes of the song, I have never noticed anyone else's cover of it be hit in the same way
Cuteness overload could lead to demise of one soul RUclips is just warning us of Aka-Chan destructive power
Sofa-chan is so cute... 🥺
she said mentally weak 😭
Sora went, "gonna cry?" mode. RUclips better fix it fast before she enters, "you're my enemy" mode.
Sora's cuteness is deadening
For now I did send feedback that it's a cover song and that there's no such intention.

Soda will always be the goat
Warning too much cuteness
Voice so powerful that it need a warning
Sora in the thumbnail with a "oh my" has a very mommy vibe
The same thing happened to fauna silent hill 2 video. Somethings up
Silent hill 2 kinda goes into those topics so it kinda makes sense. Not sure if this appeared on anyone else’s playthrough tho
@cortesyes I would understand if it was all of her sh2 vids, but only one of them has it (as of right now).
We don't need the warning, for Sora heals all sadness!
when i try to open the MV before i just, whoaa what's this warning?! No.. pls dont (aggresively open the video)
An I'm Bikkuri moment from the ever not so smart YT-kun won't stop us from enjoying her bangers.
You need to do much better than that YT-kun.
Well, now I gotta see for myself. Never would have guessed Soda-chan would get the 45 treatment.

lol and here i thought it was intentional
Oh my~ 🤗💢
cute

This is what happens when you let algorithms run your web site.
Also, snowflakes.
Much more "edgy" songs out there that have no such warnings.
