On the issue Kevin says "Labour have found a problem that doesn't exist" and calls the party "infantile idiots."

At every opportunity vote Reform
@kevinjenkins6172 vote reform? Do you honestly think, apart from immigration, these idiots policies will do you any favours? If you do you're a moron
@@kevinjenkins6172 I wouldn’t piss on reform 🤢
I am sick and ANGRY, GET LABOUR OUT NOW. WE HAVE TO PROTEST AND DEMAND THE RESIGN FROM THEIR POSTS.
Why would workers want no rights
The Labour cabinet haven’t worked in the real world and have no idea how it works.
So how does the world work
It’s probable no one would have employed any them! Can you imagine any job that Lammy would be capable of doing??
@@kennethcartwright8561 Rayner is the same , the only work she does is Opening her stupid smug mouth. What about large companys providing childcare at a minem cost. So There is no excuse for working from home. My grandson has just started crawling , There is no way with children at 7 months plus you can do good Job working from home.
Correct.
This is essentially how the Public Sector already operates.
You are completely correct i work all sorts of hours to fit in with the customer who give me the work it’s the way it is

Your rational and common sense are spot on. Labour are just clueless and very damaging to progress and growth
It's easy to describe Starmer and Labour in few words, NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE
What about people who actually do real jobs rather than playing with computers, they can't work from home and don't get any pay increase.
SpotTheM0r0n.
People who cannot work from home eg factory workers etc. Should get paid more because they have travelling costs.
We don't matter my friend
That sounds like capitalism
Comes from people who have never done a days graft in their lives, never mind run a business!
We should Sue them for not being good at their job
...and sued for lying !
So they sit at their desks, feet up,cheap lunches, retire early with a big fat pension, making up new laws and more fines.joke
This rule will encourage employer to use more agencies staff rather than offering employment direct
The problem is even agency staff would be deemed "high-risk" after this dictate.
@@daz4145 Nope, as part of the bill this wouldn’t be allowed. It’s ok to admit that as a worker you’ll benefit from this lol
@@webbo9798 maybe but employer will be able to get around not giving employees rights especially from day 1to agencies workers

The children have got hold of the sweety jar.

Infantile idiots is too flattering they are not that good!
Here in Denmark we have a lot of workers rights but nothing like that....
Last year I was given an appointment to see a physiotherapist at my local health centre. They then called me to say he wasn't coming to clinic because he was 'working from home' and would phone me instead. He didn't call. I waited another three weeks to see another physio who turned up and diagnosed the problem after doing various tests. I told him about the 'working from home' guy and he was furious. He said my health issue could not be diagnosed over the phone because physical tests needed to be done. Don't know if anything happened.
Who in their right mind would want to invest in the UK and start a business there now after this ridiculous new "workers rights" rule. 🤨🙄😔

Plus it's the other workers who will have carry the load for the ones who will play the system
I remember the 70's I was coming up to double figuers we had black outs.

In the UAE, a woman is entitled to 45 days maternity leave, which includes weekends. There is no shortage of women from the UK going out there to work and having kids. All labour are limited in education and skills. Look at Angela she is not even educated left school at 16 FGS.
Angela rayner left school no qualifications and pregnant
Rayner was born and raised in Stockport, where she attended the comprehensive Avondale School. She left school aged 16 whilst pregnant and without any qualifications. She later trained in social care and worked for the local council as a care worker. She eventually became a trade union representative.
And this is our deputy PM

productivity is down the drain with this one
@@JoaoSoares-rs6ec Actually the more rights you have as a worker the more productive you’ll be. Every study ever done on the subject proves this :)
@@pdempseyful this isn't about rights but power, frankly if a worker isn't working, then it has to go, it shouldn't be protected for that.

Kevin and Isabel you are absolutely spot on. I am in my 70's and this labour lot are like a bunch of children. Even if they did listen their mindsets would not hear because they believe they know best. They are like children who have enjoyed building airfix kit model aeroplanes and are now sitting in the cockpit of a jumbo jet playing about with the controls. Scary.
None of them have the faintest idea how a business is run. Who remembers this - "The last businessman to leave the UK please turn the lights off" Nowt has changed with Labour
It’s also a true fact no Labour Government has ever been capable of running the Economy properly or Financially! The recent number of Labour run Councils going bust proves that
The lights will probably turn themselves off with Ed’s energy plans as they’ll be no power to run them 😂
Does this mean we can sack starmer then and all of the other useless politicians 🤔
so some person that got a job being a dental assistant actually had the audacity to say she wants to work from home what type of pampered life did these people grow up with😢😮
No common sence coming from people who have never had a proper job let's get rid
So we'll just end up with even more 'zero contract' jobs than we already have? 👎
If it happens
no cos they intend banning zero hours contracts.
What they want is everyone on the dole taking state money so they can control what you spend it on, where you go etc.
They have successfully introduced players power into football...and look how fabulous thats turned out..
Lawyers are going to make a few pounds
Can you imagine dr, nurses and carers demanding to work from home 😂😂😂
This gov is a joke
Since the lockdown, the doctors at surgeries have worked from home two or three days a week, diagnosing patients over the phone. Someone that I know, her husband phoned the doctor as he wasn't feeling well, and she told him to hold his chest to the phone so she could listen to it, then said she thinks, he had a chest infection and prescribe him with antibiotics, what a complete joke. It turned out it wasn't a chest infection it was pneumonia and he ended up in hospital for quite a while.
If you get something from a shop and it turns out to be different to what you were promissed, can't you get your money back and buy / have something else instead? I want to take labour back and get something more close to what were were promissed. (Not that I voted for them in the first place)
Companies will just hire from agencies. It will be cheaper in the long run. If somebody needs flirting they just tell the agency and that person is replaced.

How come she never comes out of her house.
MIlliband has just taken over 2000 acres of good farm land in Norfolk for yet another Solar Farm

I have never been 'proud' of being a Brit but have certainly been grateful given health and educational facilities for the asking. But now look at this dystopian nightmare, together with this ideological starmer buffoon. After 18 months there should be a mandatory election review, since the two-party system has unravelled to a self-inflicted 5-year disaster. You need reform to sort it out.
Is this all about breaking down the working class system or have Labour have no idea how life is in the real world?
This could kill so many businesses, particularly small or family run businesses.
@@christiner302 hahahahahahaha no it won’t you absolute pleb lol we have some of the worst working rights in Europe. This doesn’t even put us on par with other countries. You’re so brainwashed.
You might be surprised at how many of these 'rights' are already 'in play'. Take 'starting late and finishing sooner to facilitate getting children to school and being there to collect them after school'. Company I used to work for had this in place 20 years ago. It cost the employee some salary and some annual leave entitlement but it worked and everybody was happy. Ask Izzy what's not to like about this arrangement??
I wish this was in when i worked offshore 😅 how ridiculous
Another plus for lawyers who’ll no doubt make plenty from this
There goes all the UK productivity. Companies will slow down appointments. UK workers rights already some of the best in the world. Labour think private business is a public service.

I know a cafe owner who employed a young woman to help her, so there were just the two to deal with the day to day running. A couple of weeks later the employee said she was going on maternity leave and didn’t turn up again. Despite a tribunal, the owner lost the case, even though the employee said she wasn’t pregnant at the interview stage but obviously was and the owner still had to pay her wags. People will always take advantage. I’m all for rights for everyone but small businesses always suffer. Probably why contracts were put in place a while ago.
And that was before these circus rules kick in- shameful.
I am so glad that I'm retiring in a year from now. I am sick to death of working with people who are lazy, workshy, skive off and thieve from their employer - and the company (a Charity!) won't do anything for fear of a law suit, so those of us who do as we're asked have to work a bit harder to cover the arses of 'certain people' !
And yes, I too remember the 70', and it was a bloody disaster. I remember the huge piles of rubbish, the Rats, the power cuts and the cold nights, I remember the dead not being buried etc etc..........Yes, thanks a lot Labour, thanks very much - for NOTHING!
This will be bad news for small businesses.
Part of her new workers rights is to have bigger bike sheds with more space behind
The labour party does not have a clue, rayner is a prime example of a minister who does not think and just wants to box ticks..dimple lanlords wont rent out and vompanies eill just pull out of the uk
This law brought in to reassure their core base that they are still on the side of the working man or woman because you wouldn't know it from what they've done since Starmer got in.
Imagine this was in place over a decade ago. I would never be able to get rid of jobsworths where I had to do their work as well.

Australia has a high demand for dentists, especially in the private sector, rural and remote areas, and coastal locations. This demand is due to the country's expanding healthcare sector and rapid population growth.
We will be losing people like that at a very rapid rate now.
And I can confirm Australia has so much more to offer than the UK in so many ways.

It's quite remarkable how brainwashed they are
When they decide on conscription to fight their wars, everyone can just say okay, but I am working from home. Okay, there must be exceptions, but it will take years to sort this mess out and cost a fortune.
It is obvious that Citizen Starmer and his cohort of adoring women have never owned a business or had to endure the problem of troublesome employees. The two-year threshold is a Godsend to employers. Day-one rights is a terrifying prospect. Isabelle is right - those business owners who can, will move abroad. I can only hope that it will take so long to get through the Commons and then the Lords that Citizen Starmer will be gone by then.
We've already seen a £1 billion investment pulled.
Labour has to go. Worse than the tories, and they where crap .
Was your dentist's appointment 2.30, Kev?! Ah, the ancient one's are the best!
Business will be very careful before hiring someone which will mean people on the dole will have less chance of getting a job. Perhaps that`s what Labour voters want.
I’m sure people voted 🗳️ labour as a knee jerk response to the cost of living crisis. Bring on Socialism.
As a worker I've always been, sometimes secretly, sometimes openly against bosses who bully or abuse or browbeat the workers. But of course all bosses aren't like this. But on this issue I'm fully, and surprisingly, to me anyway, on the side of the companies. Especially because some of the workers these days are really not worth employing.

Whaaaaat ? 🤔
self employment -will go through the roof now with NO employees - who in their right mind would take anybody on under this dictate. We can expect unemployment to skyrocket - except of course for the civil service, NHS local government were these added burdens will just be absorbed with an indefinite amount of tribunals - the only people who will benefit will be the solicitors.
