Kolkata Rape Case: CJI ने नेशनल टास्क फोर्स बनाई, SC ने CBI से मांगी स्टेटस रिपोर्ट | Apradh Ka Jaha

कोलकाता रेप-मर्डर मामले पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट (Supreme Court) ने आज यानी मंगलवार को सुनवाई करते हुए कई निर्देश दिए हैं. कोर्ट ने स्वास्थ्य सेवा पेशेवरों के सुरक्षित कार्य स्थितियों पर सुझाव देने के लिए एक राष्ट्रीय टास्क फोर्स का गठन किया है. इसके साथ ही कोलकाता रेप मामले को लेकर सूबे की सरकार को फटकार लगाई है. मुख्य न्यायाधीश डीवाई चंद्रचूड़ की अगुवाई वाली बेंच ने एफआईआर दर्ज करने में हुई देरी को लेकर आरजी कर अस्पताल के अधिकारियों पर भी कड़ी नाराजगी जताई.
