Awesome to see a live recording by this great band. It truly sucks that Eric has left this world, RIP. He left a mark on doom metal that will go on as long as people listen to it, and as long as musicians have the balls to play it.
Yep... it truly SUCKS that Eric died just prior to that show. I live just outside of Vegas now and the only time I ever recall Trouble coming to town was way back in 91 or 92? They were touring in support of Manic Frustration or the eponymous album. They were opening for Danzig at the Hintridge Theater! So I never did get to see Mr Wagner with any band he is in play live. Peace
@@jaymzb.1713 You must live in Pahrump? Yeah they actually came to the Huntridge twice. Once with Danzig and once with Pantera! And I missed both if em. Was in the clink for one of em and just flaked on the other. I heard from friends both shows were epic. One of my biggest regrets to this day but I did get to see Type O and Slayer there which was unbelievable! Stay heavy........
@@nicoguarini28 closre but wrong direction. I'm in Henderson. Closer to Boulder City than Las Vegas but yeah, The Huntridge had some epic shows that I went to. That Slayer show just a month or so before the Circle Jerks played outside cause the roof caved in there. Slayer had a local band open for them. Also caught the Type O Negative show when Drain S.T.H. was the opener. Great times there until the roof fell in. Now got to go to Cheyenne Saloon, downtown or the Brooklyn Bowl.
There's a legion of lesser doom bands that are more well known, but WHY, these guys destroy such bands! I admire that some of them have been at their craft for such a long time. DOOM at its best in my opinion.
somebodg took me to see trouble in 85.on a sunday.he said lets go for a ride.drinkin heers in back seat and arrived at seagull inn essex. that was 1 helluva concert i gotta say.
They may as well get Bruce Franklin in, as this Guitarist [les Paul guy] is using all his licks...great band though and good drummer. Trouble fan since 82 so fight me if you disagree!
R.I.P.Eric the voice Wagner🤘🎸🤘

So sad about Eric - he died the weekend that he and the band were scheduled to preform at a big metal festival in Vegas.

I saw a video of Eric talking about when Trouble toured with Candlemass, that must have been an amazing experience.2 of the best doom bands imo.
Stoner doom may I suggest, not simply DOOM which is a more wide term. =)
I'm guessing they wouldn't sell their souls..............???
@@sinnanna7471 Yeah probably but its the heavy side of it that makes it well just heavier than most Stoner.
