So nice people Emma's family, amazing vegetables and fruits, cute animals. What a sweet video, Dari. The watermellon, cherry tomatoes, bananas that will ripen later, cucumbers, İ like them all. And right by the sea. Spasiba. Efaristo.

Glad to see that you visit the home of people who call the Greek Islands home. Some of the most enriching times I had traveling was seeing how people lived and enjoyed their time with friends and family. Thrilled that you have seen what its like for the residents, not just reveling with the tourists who see this as a getaway.

Very nice people. The owners of this farm are very kind and although their life is full of hard working, the joy which surrounds their lives is fantastic. Thank you

I really like how you said that you hope the viewer can see Greece the way you see it! You portrayed the country in such a positive light and made it much more attractive than I had ever imagined. Last news I heard about Greece was during the financial crisis of 2008.

I'd love to have a small farm, but I could never eat any of the animals for food. I'd have to keep them all as pets. :-) What a nice family to visit with.

Dani, Great video. Here in north Florida we grow almost the same vegetables and at the same time of the year as your friends do. Loved seeing this. Please keep showing more about Gardens even in Russia too. Beautiful country. Thank you.

You know india is very beautiful country ? 😊
Nature earth in itself is most beautiful. Every country or place has it’s own charm. India is definitely mesmerizing and one of the most diverse countries in the world. You name anything, India has got it.
India at every step changes culture, landscape, food and people.
Like snow - Himachal, Jammu & Kashmir, we see heavy snowfall every year.
Want to trek - what can be better than Himalayas. Some of the most difficult treks are available in India.
Is beaches your thing - from the wildest parties in Goa to serenic beaches of havlock island, we have everything.
Architecture - from year old forts of Rajasthan to beautiful temples of Madurai, India presents an array of architecture.
How can we forget about the magnificent Thar desert and the beautiful Rann of kutch (white salt desert of kutch).
    Incredible India
    Happy traveling!!!
will you ever come to india ?
India is waiting for you 😊❤️🇮🇳
    Namaste 🙏

Hi Dari, thanks for another video! What a pretty garden & so close to the house, fresh fruits/veggies are divine! It is hard work maintaining a garden, maybe a labor of love but worth it! The goats are so cute…………one day I’ll own a lot of goats!
Thanks for posting, I love your playful nature in all you videos……….you seem so polite & quite pleasant. Have a great night!
    ***I have a serious question:
Is it true most Russians love bread? Why? I met a Russian woman who told me it’s like tradition to eat bread through the day & with most/all meals……………is this true or does it depend on the person?
    Sorry for the long question.

      Thanks for your feedback ☀️
I think yeah a lot of Russians eat bread during the meals. But it’s not just in Russia. In Europe I also see it

    • @tonedaddy81
      @tonedaddy81 3 года назад +1

@@DariStep Thanks for the reply! Oh ok, it’s a European thing as well. This is just more evidence that I need to travel the world, see other cultures & eat different ethnic foods!

My wife and I are avid gardeners. We are in a more northern climate than Emma's parents so we grow lots of tomatoes (a few grow to over 2 pounds each ), as it is a commercial crop here, lots of summer (zucchini and yellow summer squash) and butternut squash ( a more northern crop than Emma's), and lots of peppers. ( cayene, jalapeno, Hungarian peppers, and large heavy walled sweet roasting peppers) We can grow sweet potatoes but regular potatoes and carrots grow poorly as the summers are too hot for them. ( 90°F and lots of rain as the area is considered a temperate rain forest) It is different than where I grew up, close to Lake Erie, as it is much hotter but just as wet. ( carrots and baking potatoes were good crops to grow there) My current area is good for growing fruit such as strawberries, necterines, & peaches which are also commercial crops too. The predominant commercial crops are corn and soybeans. Lots and lots of soybeans are exported to other countries from here including Japan. (The Japanese car makers will pack their export car parts from the USA in soybeans for cushioning if they ship them to Japan for assembly there)( car parts travel between USA and Japan regularly, and new Japanese cars exported to Russia are made in this part of the USA & are not really made in Japan at all) Certain varieties of peanuts can be grown here ( this is not a commercial crop but a crop for your family garden) and a little further south of here farmers grow tobacco. Its an almost south growing area. Also people raise race horses and horses here. Going horse back riding is a common recreational activity here.
