Katakuri has a higher bounty than Jack, and Jack performs more heinous acts, so if anything Jacks’ bounty should be more artificially inflated. Jack>tobi roppo, so if Katakuri>Jack he would also be above the Tobi Roppo. I do think feat wise Katakuri probably wins too, I am just pointing out how narratively Katakuri isn’t supposed to be power cliffed yet. He is Yonko commander level, and is at least someone relative to Kaido’s commanders.

Another thing that many people forget about the Straw Hats post timeskip is that Luffy says each of them individually could beat Oars or a Pacifista, two threats that took the entire crew to beat. So, post timeskip Usopp could probably wipe out the entire pre timeskip crew.
Usopp is definitely the man and a valuable member of the crew but I just can’t see him beating katakuri or doffy. His major feats come from intelligence, support, and bravery not raw strength. Thanks for the video and enjoyed the content as always
The Biggest Problem i have with your scaling for usopp, is that you use “surviving” something as a feat, like page one surviving big mom or Usopp surviving ulti, which I don’t think should be done as in one piece it’s consistently shown that characters far weaker than someone or something can survive attacks far more powerful than themselves, for example tama and a beast pirate headliner surviving an encounter with dragon kaido, pell surviving a nuke, conis’s dad surviving a named attack from enel, iceberg and paulie surviving a finger pistol from lucci who through doriki is potentially dozens of times stronger than the likes of iceberg or paulie, and lastly spandem surviving an attack from robin, spandem having a doriki of 9 and robin being above someone like kalifa who has doriki of 600 literally over 60 to 70 times greater than spandem, so in short “surviving” something shouldn’t be used as a feat specifically in one piece. W Usopp Glazing Though.
Sometimes you need to just throw power scaling, lore wise no usopp is not doflamingo level. Story beats power scaling and does anyone think oda has board caliclating the specific AP of characters, speed and how this character mathematically stands up to this character durability wise. The answer is no.
