I've had a few panic attacks in the last few days and I'm in the hospital, which is a stressful environment. I’m 23 and I was just diagnosed with autism a few weeks ago after all this time of wondering why I felt like a broken human being and why the world is so extremely overwhelming for me.
This song has brought me comfort every night for over 2 years because without it my room is too quiet, and with it I get a nice background noise that isn’t too distracting. I love the routine of putting it on every night, and focusing on the song helps distract my mind from my racing ADHD thoughts.
This song helps me get to sleep after having meltdowns, too. This song has been a true blessing for my life and I’m really thankful for it.
Edit: so I told my dad I was diagnosed with autism, and he said “we’ve considered you on the spectrum for at least 10 years, and when you were little we got you a bunch of tests to find out what was wrong with you, but we couldn’t figure anything out.” OOF

I just found this a few weeks ago and it has helped me to fall asleep every night since. I listen every night and wish I would have found it years ago.
It’s currently 4am and I’ve woke up crying. My mums partner was sadly taken from us last month and it’s had a massive impact on me. He was a great man who cared for my mum dearly. I always come back to this music to ground me and calm me down
