Alexis took f@&$ing the opps to new heights. She never loved anyone but Blake, but she could never control her lust for more money/power/control. Cecil always lusted for Alexis, but after he introduced her to Blake, Cecil became an afterthought to her. All this to say: Blake was and is what Alexis wants/wanted, and if she can’t have him she will destroy him. And we are all her to watch and love Joan do her wicked best ❤😂❤😂

It's moments like these you start to realize Alexis was is still a woman and just wanted to start over with someone who loves her, who happens to be another wealthy man, but no one around her wanted to support her or be there even her own children, I can see why Alexis becomes so cut throat throughout the seasons more of a business minded woman

@@petec434 you are right i'm very bias towards alexis she is a woman scorned and of course blake is the portrayed hero as always, i like the story of dynasty because instead of being casted away alexis becomes a mogul business woman herself and dominates which for that time was never heard of, this show was ahead of its time, probably without evening knowing it
@@landyray444 You are right too! Alexis was a fascinating character (as were Krystle and Fallon during S1-4). From what I read, Alexis was originally written as a straight villain but she was so popular they kept the character around. That meant making her at least somewhat sympathetic, which they did pretty well. But it required some contorted retconning of her motives and personality from S2.
Doesn't excuse her for almost killing Krystal and making her miscarry.
Joan/Alexis was so good at executing her lines. A natural. Fallon here was so vapid and forced.
