Second series of interviews I've seen with Scott Norton- he is fun to listen to. Legit tough guy, but chill. And it's really badass when even the tough guys recognize Meng/Haku as a level above.....
1:35 that's funny Scott said that about Vader because Bret said the same thing only he called it more like a cement mixer filled with shit or something like that 😂 guess we know why, obviously because he's losing to Bret too
It must have been frustrating to work with Vader. By all accounts he was stiff as hell but everything he did look like he was working. Those punches he would throw where he'd hit you with his wrists look fake as hell... But I can imagine a man his size throwing them with 50% force would probably still hurt.
Watched their match! Really good!! Vader is one of the best ever imo he had actual shoot matches and his stuff definitely looked believable.Grew up watching the feud between him and Cactus Jack, one of the greatest feuds ever
Vader was one of the best from 90-95. WCW had better wrestling than the WWF for pretty much all of the 90s. Vader was better than Taker, & Sting was better than Michaels

Well said. Scott is a cool dude
Norton speaks facts here… Vader is underrated in general as a wrestler and a big guy who can move fast and do flips etc
More. Scott. Norton. Please and thank you.
Love your interviews with Scott Norton, such a great guy.
I loved watching Hashimoto on eurosport in the mid 90's. Wrestling in that part of the world was so hard hitting and a great watch.
He had some phenomenal matches during his WCW run, a massively underrated big man.
Orton for the huge W with the Hogan's Hero reference
I'm annoyed the network is going down in less than a month. I would have liked to look up some Scott Norton matches :/ amongst others

Didn't Bret call him a garbage truck full of barf?

Did Scott wrestled Hansen?
99% sure they did not. Hansen was in All Japan for a long time by the time Norton came to New Japan
@kenterminateddq5311 Don't think so but,and I haven't watched it yet,he did wrestle Steve Williams so I'm sure that was a brutal bumps fest lol
Vader in shoots? If you're talking about his matches in the UWFi against Takada, Tamura, or Albright, those were works.
@@exeortegarubio Yeah, they were good! Harley Race asked Steve Regal to give him a few trick to defend himself. Just in case.

Didn't Vader burst Stings eardrum hitting him too hard ?
Vader was Great but Scott Norton is the best big man ever in the business. I got high hopes for Otis now days.
Laughing my sack off
He opened it with his eye HIS EYE!!!!!!!!!!
Where can I watch/listen to the show/podcast that Norton is talking about where he's talking to Shane Douglas about wrestling stories?
Receiptooooo
Norton's shoot interviews are the best!!!
These days I understand why Yoko was preferred over Vader.
