My days are so much better when I am able to wake up earlier than my family and spend my alone time with God, read my word and kind of get into the rhythm, Val is getting so big. I’ve been watching your videos for a long time. I think it was a baby.
I have set my alarm for 5am this week. And it has been such a great decision. That time alone that I have to myself and for conversations with God are sooooo helpful. I’m not a morning person, but I have to admit that waking up at that time has really helped me.
Loved this! My routine is similar. I feel you girl, I need a minute to gather my thoughts and myself before I go into mom mode.
It’s necessary sis. Anytime I jump up and immediately hop into mom mode, I’m so frazzled. I hate that feeling 😩
