Girl, you do more before noon than most of us.
I got choked up when you were praying when you were feeling overwhelmed and overstimulated.
Im in a difficult season with my 2.5yo & 6yo and I’ve definitely been feeling overwhelmed & overstimulated and I haven’t been feeling like the best mom because my patience has been so thin lately but this was my reality check that I need to just stop and pray in the moment.
Whenever I feel myself getting impatient I HAVE to pray, we’re human…we get stressed. God wants to be invited into the stress.💕

I am now a mom of two. I have a 3yr old & a 8 month old. I just wanted let u know that you look so good absolutely beautiful inside and out. Your fitness journey is so raw and unfiltered, I love how each video I can literally see your weight loss progress. So inspirational & uplifting. Sn I’m struggling so bad to get up at 5am! My alarm goes off I’m up but I don’t get out of bed I end up laying there until 5:30 and then rushing through my morning 😭 and it’s totally throwing off my day !
So inspiring! I’m 2.5 months PP with 2 under 2 and I cannot wait to get back in the gym 😭 this just motivated me so much and helped me to see taking care of myself is possible!!

I cried, prayed about it and brought my first container of formula today bc I physically can’t keep up with pumping. I’m so run down & feeling defeated bc I really wanted to make it a year but baby’s gotta eat! Also love hearing how you and hubby work together & still prioritize self-care ❤
