Man I had to replay this three times😂. Drivers, if you want to have a solid claim when stuff go left do these things..buy some manilla folders, print out all of your onboarding paperwork, print out your lease agreement if you have one, save all of your written trip numbers/bol/destinations/miles driven, print out of of your settlements/paystubs.
Its important to maintain your own physical records.. off the phone...because companies come and go...they lie and they are not your friend. Have your ducks in a row and have physical documentation of any agreements, trips and settlements so that if you have to reach out, there is a paper trail. This call is a perfect example of that. It would have helped if she had paperwork to read from. Unfortunately, she just flailing in the wind with no guidance or direction. When she said "Its like its both of ours" pertaining to a tractor that shes not legally obligated too, I thought about Debo.

I was told by other drivers with super ego basically the first 90 days You're not going to make too much money when you first start. They told us if you want to do it, You should have at least six months of incoming. Your bank is the first three months. You're not going to make too much money

Nobody stays at Stupid Ego except stupid uneducated non internet using people. Everyone has access to the internet but they don't seem to know how to use it. It's only at matter of time before they go out of business or the FMCSA shuts them and other authorities down . This whole thing of having dispatchers in other countries needs to be stopped but it won't because the FMCSA is garbage. And the lady on the phone is very inexperienced and just seems to like the title owner operator. A true owner operator will have his/ her own authority and file for permits themselves and own their own equipment without payments, Everyone else is just a lease operator calling themselves owner operators because they are uneducated in the trucking industry 😂😂
When asked why go too a company with all these bad reviews his response was I really like trucking 😂😂😂 yeah this person seems clueless too whatever went down over there I don’t understand have no experience with trucking an go to a lease company because you like trucking this person is really slow

They were in negative before they even started,
Well, it sounds like she didn’t run the miles. She probably was only doing 1000 to 1500 miles probably one or two loads a week probably wasn’t a hole every week. She’s all over the place. I wouldn’t even wasted your time with this interview. That’s just me :-)
