I had homeless cats (that I had spayed or neutered of course) and raccoons and possums all sitting outside chillin together. I loved it. In every place I live, I made friends.
Curious Foxes, ca-cawing Crows and sea-faring kitties, oh my! And duckies too. A magical world where the animals seem to be in charge. As it should be.

i can't believe such a place exists. it looks like a video game or a fairy tale. so you have houses, and.. a river? but there doesn't seem to be a strong current. but there's also concrete walls, piers, and.. various trees, animals? there's too much of everything.. in a village you'd have houses and a road. near the woods you'd have houses and trees. a waterfront area would have houses and water. what a landscape. maybe this is a village with frequent floods?
It's a whole system of natural (I believe) Kanals not far from Berlin.. You can rent kayaks and other boats there and explore the area on the water. There's even a beer garden

The Havel river canals were built by East Germans after WW2 to permit shipping to go around west Berlin, controlled by the Allies. Canals already existed but went right through Berlin. These canals are extensive and go all the way to Poland from points west of Berlin. Emanating from these large shipping canals are many little canals.

It is a canal branching off from the Havel river. Carefully maintained water depth.
