The director of this game went into its development with the mindset of making the best Sonic game. That mindset shows throughout the entire experience, the game is so filled with love. I wholeheartedly believe he succeeded in what he and Sonic Team at the time set out to do, this game was masterful.

It's 2023 and *"Next-Gen"* still feels accurate. It's wild how good an Xbox 360 era game still looks and it's fantastic on the Xbox Series consoles with the FPS boost. I don't think game development will ever hit a peak, but in terms of graphics there's definitely been diminishing returns. Sonic Unleashed is still my favorite Sonic Game personally.

This trailer shows the greatness of Sonic's natural and "Gaiahog" form (Gaiahog is a better name, at least for me). it shows the different places that he will travel to and beat eggman/dark gaia's minions.
I'm mean we got Colors DS and Generations which aren't bad but anyways. To give you a reason, the gaming community and precisely a certain company that said the franchise was never good.

It took me so long to beat eggman land when I was younger. Just yesterday I beat it in 28 minutes
