Oh yeah, sounds really sweet I owned an Altman mandolin #13 signed on January 30, 2006. it was built for Harry West of Harry and Jeannie West musical instruments in Statesville North Carolina. Owned it for several years. Got out of playing the mandolin and I sold it. Actually purchased it from Harry’s son several years after Harry’s passing.
By the way, Shawn, you might remember that Gerald Andersen you played a while back… I now own that one. 😁😁

@@fragslap5229 Just yesterday together with two friends I did some detailed comparison of several high end F5 mandolins: Altman, Wiens, Collings MF5 deluxe varnish, Ellis, Mowry, Gibson, Krutz. Each of them having its own voice, and we even could tell which is which in a blind test.
