I have learned so much from watching your videos. I used to think find something you like and wear it all of the time. It never dawned on me that there were different scents for different seasons or that there is so much that goes into fragrances. I have been binge watching all of your videos. Great video man! I work in designer/luxury fragrances was pleasantly surprised to see Narciso Bleu Noir EDT Extreme make ur list, it really is overlooked. Im from South Africa we're getting D&G LB Forever next nonth and we're heading into Winter, but I bet you come father's day itll sell out like hotcakes.
The way you describe the grapefruit in light blue reminds me of the grapefruit in my Chanel Chance eau tendre. Never thought I’d like grapefruit in fragrance but whaddya know? I do!
Light blue forever opening can come off like body odor if you put your nose close to the skin. But in the air it's amazing. And the dry down When the grapefruit note gets sweeter is INCREDIBLE. Amazing fragrance by D&G

Great video as usual. I love Light Blue Forever. I do something pretty off meta with my Profundo as well. At night, I do a light spray of La Nuit De L’Homme (EDP only), let it dry and then do a regular spray of Profundo. The two DNA’s work really well together, but this only works in low heat evenings. It’s also an expensive night hack, but it’s interesting and if anyone here owns both, (I know you do Ash😂🤣) I suggest giving it a try. Thanks for the video, Ash.👊🏽

My most commented on fragrance ever was Issey Miyake original scent... But there's a sense I used to wear Aramis surface... I've kept the bottle for about 15 years hoping I can find something similar any suggestions... Just smelling the bottle is euphoric!!! I'm I'm currently wearing Vetiver by Guerlain... But I want the Aramis surface scent!!!! Help

The light blue intense bottle is a frozen frosted light blue glass with beautiful roundess and it feels so nice, perfect looking for the beach or summer
And now this light blue forever flanker is also a gorgeous bottle design - cant wait to get my nose on it (the juice not the bottle)
Where I'm from it's always mostly summer Definitely keepin an eye out for some of these
L’Homme Le Parfum is fire. I’ve gotten plenty of compliments with it so far. I’d rather have a generic and mass appealing fragrance that I love and know will be received well by others than to be a snob and only want unique scents.

The Ferragamo Acqua Essenziale Blu is interesting to me since both you and TLTG reviews are big on it... BUT some of the Fragrantica reviews say the performance is just abysmal like 30 min of longevity. What is the truth on performance?
The original Prada l’infusion d’homme or the replacement l’ infusion d’iris cedre is the perfect summer classy scent.

the best summer fragrance for me is nishane colognese , pure ingredients and long lasting
On the contrary, I tested Dior Homme Cologne earlier at the mall and I sprayed literally 1 small spray on my forearm and it’s actually preforming well. 6 hours later it’s still skin scent, but it was still projecting hours after I sprayed.

Thanks Ash for these interesting lists. However, I live in tropical West Africa where the weather is warm virtually all year round. Does it mean I can never wear your cold weather fragrances?
I'd like to try the AdG Profundo and the D&G Light Blue Forever, though.
Personally I can't stand winter fragrances in hot weather, but love them in cold. You can try them but I dont think you will like winter fragrances since its probably really hot over there, I would suggest you to stick with summer fragrances
Light blue intense is great for hot summer days and I didnt try lb forever but that one is probably great too for really hot weather because they say it smells sour which makes it more refreshing compared to sweet

One of my favorite Lacoste fragrances is Lacoste Red, I know it's not talked about but i'm all about apple, although it's a more synthetic apple, apple anything and I'm buying, not great performance, close to the skin but imo it's just a great overall scent.
You must like Nautica Voyage, if you like apple?
@@Daveyengland I've somehow missed that one, it's so popular though the Lacoste is a bit more under the radar, it's also great for layering, for instance, Hugo Boss Intense, if you layer it with the Red, it will subdue the cinnamon slightly, the Red calms it down and they mix really well.Is the apple a strong note in the Voyage?
Lacoste red is a perfect under the radar every day scent.

ACQUA essenzialel Blu is a beast mode beauty of a fragrance, I get mega complements while staying fresh all day, I just bought an oldie which is cool water and it sets my skin on fire with freshness these days.💯

I wear polo deep blue I smell nothing generic about it, it's aquatic fresh and a little musky smells great on my skin. I got a sample a year ago didn't like it at first, got it in a 3 pack of blue, blue parfum and deep blue parfum. I smelled it fresh form the bottle and not a sample. The blend is my body's skin this works well and I enjoy the every note from this fragrance.

It's interesting: I feel like you've been coming around on some stuff lately. You mentioned that Green Wood was "just ok" in the past. Same with L'Homme Le Parfum (which you mentioned). It's been in other videos, too. Like you said: Tastes change. Go figure.

What is the durability of D&G Light Blue Forever? I want to cop one but I really don't know if it can last me half a day atleast. I got myself the Mont Blanc Explorer Ultra Blue (I didn't watch any reviews, big L) and it's durability is kinda bad imo.

Ashton, you should give a try to Zara Vibrant Leather Cologne. It’s almost identical to Dior Homme Cologne, but it lasts a lot longer. And less than half the price.

I've been trying to find D&G Forever and it's my next buy. But its difficult to find anywhere. Not even on amazon yet

Personally, I don’t think the Profondo smells very much like traditional Auqua Di Gio. I’m like a wiz with guessing fragrances and I don’t think I would’ve guessed this was by Georgio Armani when I first smelled it.
Edit: to be honest, I remember like a year ago I replied to a comment saying that it smelt just like Sauvage, and I completely disagreed at the time and said it smelt nothing like it. However, after wearing it down several times, I actually kind of agree. It has a Sauvage like scent to it. Just a bit softer and maybe sweeter.

Green wood has like 30 minute longevity on my skin and I'm so sad, because it's a nice smell

My wife is a musk lover so i got her one of the Narsico’s fragrances. So how versatile is the one you mentioned?
I have it and it has the same versatility level as Bleu de Chanel EDT. It's very similar in all aspects.

Ash I’ve never seen you go over any fragrances from express. You’re really missing out man they got some bangers. Try Kent Smoke and Legend. Super cheap too.

YSL L’homme Le Parfum is boring and generic, but Acqua Essenziale Blu isn’t? For me that one could not be more generic. Still a solid list. I need to try Light Blue Forever.
Dried down way to powdery on me. Didn’t stay fresh long enough. Got rid of it
Acqua Essenziale Blu is $17 I prefer Le parfum don’t get me wrong but the price difference is huge
