It’s amazing that they can not hire and get these officers trained. In 1990’s and earlier there was so many classes up there at the academy. At one time 6 classes three platoons each. What happened? Let’s let the marijuana use go as long as they don’t do it anymore treat it like alcohol. There must be good people out there that want this job. Maybe Messed up a little in younger years but now older and wiser. Got to over look the small things…
All applicants must be at least 20 years-old on the date of appointment. The physical fitness test confirms that prospective police recruits are performing physically (based on their age and gender) at the 30th percentile.

If they protected and let cops do what they need to without also making a status quo of diversity there wouldn't be a recruitment problem
