From this I’m guessing that at times you may be quite difficult to manage unless you like and respect his manager.. In my job and in the real world of mature adults we have no choice - we can’t put unreasonable conditions upon our employment like this - you effectively work with whatever manager you get - you don’t get to choose the style of the manager - this is basic adult reality -We learn to zip our mouths shut but if there is a problem talk respectfully one to one ESPECIALLY when the manager is not out cup of tea. We try not to storm off site in an adolescent huff - this is gross misconduct and dismissible without notice in my world.
