Dude!! @ 57:06 that is part of a VERY OLD telephone!!! That is awesome, clean that up!! I was ROFLOL when Alex hopped onto that bike and rode off...hahahaha That was super EPIC!! WOW! Those guns how cool!! Gotz to clean them up for sure!! Great find!! AWESOME vid!!
the pointy horseshoe is actually nailed into logs I believe. That one small metal door looks like something off the old metal wood stoves. Looks like a boy scout pocketknife. So much vintage stuff in there.
It's the longest Fisher episode ever!!! I love it!!! Also, at 56:56... That piece that you have with the wires coming out of the bottom... To me that looks like the mouth piece of an original telephone... You know, the kind of old phone where you held one piece up to your ear and spoke into the other piece... Super old school!!! I could be wrong but that's what it looks like to me... The speak into piece of the first phones ever made!!!
I've been following you for a few years and thanks to your videos I started magnetic fishing on my RUclips channel. Greetings from Italy and congratulations. 💪
Thank you, again, for your upbeat attitude and your humor. Watching you is very entertaining and pure enjoyment. I keep hoping, each time you pull something out, it's going to be a true jackpot with something very valuable to set you up for the rest of your life or something like that. I would be happy for anyone who worked hard for it and found something valuable for all the clean up work you are doing, while "fishing", it's still work, even if you are having fun doing it, so you deserve some sort of pay back for all your hours spent cleaning an area out with your magnets!
At 13:20 that a round base off a round base microphone stand. They are heavy. I am a fan and a stagehand so it was cool to see find something I could help id.
I'm loving this video. I've been looking for your visits to this spot. It was one of these that started me watching you full time. You are a master at what you do Tyler never stop. X
Wow i love this movie/video . Awesome antique finds of de past to present items. . Thank you for not changing ?:) Love & respect to you for cleaning the water out of old antiques.:)
Eagle lock just looked it up . Super old company that is closed now, but was established 1833. Some of their locks are collectible. You should Google your lock to find a match. 🙂 Super find! Nancy
At 56:56 just as your phone was ringing you pulled up an old "mouth piece" from an old wall mounted phone. The kind that has a separate "ear piece" that hung on the left side with the "ringer crank" on the right side to call the operator. In the time era of "long" and "short" rings used in combination for each house's unique ring.
Zippo will replace that lighter for sure free of charge. They have had all kinds sent in over the years, even lighters run over by tanks and just found in pieces. As for the pointed horse shoes they aren't for a horse they went into logs and would be used to push the logs down stream way back many many many years ago. You have found the thing they used to grab the logs with too. :o) I LOVE your magnet fishing videos man please keep them coming!
Back of chair looking thing I think is a heat vent grate for gravity type(vintage) house heating. Lived in a house in Los Angeles with very similar grates in the rooms where heat came up from the gravity furnace. With all these pieces of I think there's a house in there.
Zippo would probably love to add that lighter to their collection. They have ones that have been run over by trains, that have stopped bullets….just give them the story of how you found it, and maybe it’ll get displayed too!
Draw bridge pully wheel!!😮 Think you may have found the remnants of an old city entrance round rings look like door knockers. Curious if their use to be a lighthouse or port keep at this spot? Horse pull for the carriage? Or could just be pieces of an old sunken ship wreck!!! Harpoon. Found either other side of drawbridge or a pully wheel for a large sailing ship?!
Jeremy - i agree that it is important to keep cases in the public awareness and the police only have a certain number of resources. Don't listen to anyone who says videos are boring and obviously some will be more interesting than others. I think this video wad interesting with what was in the river. I know from my work in the area of missing petsons how far bodies can float in the River Thames in London in a matter of a few days. Look forward tobparts 2 & 3 and your other videos
Wow great finds love find number 2 the metal grate very different of anything I have seen before and lots of different items your getting .love watching your video to see what you will find next. Greetings from 🇬🇧
Thanks so much for this fun video Tyler! I’ll be doing magnet fishing around Chicagoland this coming spring! I can’t wait to snag some something something’s and maybe be putting some friendliest back into the water! Btw I think those rings were used to tie up horses back in the day!
You certainly found some very interesting pieces of metal. The industrial craftsmanship we never see is remarkable. Thank you again, for opening my mind to appreciate the exquisite designs of mechanical engineering. 🌱💛
I believe they are called in-line skates, the one you caught has two parts and they came with a key to lock them in place, my sister had those skates when we were young!! Hello CASH, LOVE YA STAY SAFE AND HAVE FUN !!😍
that lever looing piece you found at 1:15:17 possibly could be an open or close lever for your pipes under the house or just piping for water flow. you would have to look at H.D. website and look up shut off valves to see what I mean...or it could be an old locking mechanism for a window
Window weights were also used in old homes with the wood frame windows they are in wall counter weights used to make opening and closing windows easier
The metal show skates came out in the 1950 and 60s in good shape they start out at $35.00 and there called union hardware adjustable metal roller skates with leather straps
have seen something like that grill looking piece you found on the first day before and normally it would be kind of decorative chrome that would be in front of the glass of an iron fireplace for heating a home
Dude I swear you’ve found an old pioneer campsite or grave. the horse tackle chains, stirrups, horseshoes. The guns, rifle, bottle, gold pan, and knife!
@30:20 that is part of a old school pedel for a bike ,, it had 2 rubber pieces that fit between 2 of those and the bolts went through the rubber to make the connection tightend on by nuts and lock washers ,, @45:57 those are also used for older type garage doors that are one piece and sometimes quite heavy ,, @1:40:45 ,, that to me looks like a water tap type thing one can turn on and off the water to a outside water hose like a garden hose !
You seriously caught some awesome stuff on this trip. That is a true 'honey hole' for magnet fishing. I really enjoyed watching this from beginning to end. Good work! 👍
That might be a sprocket off R.E.O. Speedwagon that's a really old dump truck from the 20s to the early 30. It was a truck that ran by a chain rather then a transmission. My granddad started out driving them when he was young they used them in old mines. He always said they were like driving a beast there was no springs or even a padded seats. He would after 12 hours driving you could barely walk.
The grim realization that he pulled out stirrups, wagon wheel parts, various parts of what seemed to be parts of a wagon, and numerous horseshoes. There's a chance that at some point in time a horse drawn wagon went in there.
I have to say that your amazing out of all the magnet fishing videos I have watched your my favorite and I my self have taken up magnet fishing and ordered a magnet fishing kit and an extra magnet and rope from your link in the videos thank you so much for your videos and everything you do
It was a good group of shows. I didn't catch that this was a group of old shows till the 4th one. Then I relished that I had already seen shows 4 & 5. They were worth seeing a second time with the first 3 to complete the group. So great shows and will catch you on your next show
So glad to make the trip down memory lane with this video, it was unbelievable the treasures you found in that spot, it’s an exciting video, thanks for putting it all together and sharing it! Truly enjoy all your posts on each channel!
I bought 4 magnet kits. Three for my boys for Christmas and one for me. I do have a feeling I am going to lose mine the first time out. Sometimes, you seem to have a time pulling heavy stuff up. I might not be able to pull stuff up.
I think that hammer head at 1:36:24 might have been one of those bundle home hammers where the head unscrews and the handle then breaks up into a whole bunch of different sized screw drivers, if there was not wood on the end but I could not see
Fantastic finds today Tyler. The ornate door is the front of heat register in very old houses, when they were on the bottom of the wall, not on the floor like they are now. Have a great day my friend ❤️🙂⚘️.
1:13:57 looks like a foot trap for animals, looks like the jaws are rusted together, that ring on the side would be part of the spring that slides up and clamps the jaws together, its missing the rest of the spring, trigger, and chain but Im pretty sure that is what it is.
I’ve watched you since before you had beard!!lol but where are people. I can’t go out without multiple people bothering you and questioning everything. What a pain when you just want to enjoy the sport. Best to you!!!
I found this list of the oldest towns in Wisconsin. Might be worth treasure hunting! ca. 1765 Green Bay ca. 1785 Prairie du Chien ca. 1795 La Pointe ca. 1820 Shullsburg ca. 1825 Platteville
5:20 - that is (was) a plumbing pipe. Specifically it is a union where you would attach another pipe. The other pipe end is inserted into the bell area with packing placed between the new pipe and the inside of the bell, then sealed with liquid lead (that solidifies). Obviously it’s not used any more (liquid lead).
Another great show many nice finds You know if you clean up the old cast iron stuff even if it dosent belong to anything or is complete if its ornate people will pay bank for it.. a good little ammount of cash on the side... for now stay safe and keep throwing...
I just saw an Eagle lock on Etsy going for $40 - def antique! The curly end piece around 1 hour 36 is the slide from a slide whistle. Loved the Bonanza! - I did watch it in a couple parts though!
You found some old criminal's weapon dump with those guns. The piece at 35:07 is the head from a logging pike. Is that still Wisconsin? I assume they would have moved timber down the river their back in the day. Perhaps some of the other odd metal pieces are from that timeline as well from related equipment and tools, particularly the chains. Check with a historical society in the state, I think a lot of that stuff was from logging and transporting the logs via the river. Maybe the town there grew up processing the wood so some pieces could be from hauling and cutting equipment as well. Which river?
I can see it all now, I took a pause @47:34. And I just have to say I have a feeling Alex is going to pull out that tree to get rid of it. Yeah I can see that happening and then I could see Tyler, jumping right into the spot, the tree was removed, grab and what’s their first Yep I could visualize that right away tree gone. Tyler is magnets right on the spot. Ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha.🍀🍀🍀🤣🤣🤣

Day 1. You could make a real cool bird bath with this round base after you scrape off shoe, attach the 7 chain gear piece, then with the piping from a toilet, now you just need the bowl. What are the chance you caught both parts to roller skate
Hey Tyler, sure looks like you found a heavy load honey hole, you know that twisty key, well, the long one would be for the sardine can, but you find this one shorter is for a can of spam or ham check in the supermarkets. Next time you find them their n maybe even next to the flat can sardines so delicious to eat,,, toaster Bread with honey mustard and sardines. That is so good for you.
Yes, those are nailed into logs.
I love the longer videos- I can watch you for hours! Keep it coming 👍👍
Same here! Most entertaining magnet fisherman.
Awesome mini movie. Plenty of great treasures, and lots of good laughs. Thank you for sharing 😊

@5:20 that big ole pipe looks like what sits under a toilet 😮 eeew! 😂
The ring, at 7 mins in, reminds me of the ring that was outside our house. It was attached to the cement and you would tie your horse up at it.
Oh my you hit the jackpot, and than you for cleaning the river!!
I'm loving this video. I've been looking for your visits to this spot. It was one of these that started me watching you full time. You are a master at what you do Tyler never stop. X
Eagle lock was located the next town over from me in Terryville, CT. It was founded in 1833 and it closed in 1975.
Lmao!!! Had to pause the video..laughing so hard at the stuck 'flip flop'? 😂😂😂😂😂😂 I can't see!! 😂😂😂😂
That was a GREAT binge, super good time. I wanna see both those li'l pewpewpews cleaned on your other channel!!!
Wow i love this movie/video . Awesome antique finds of de past to present items. . Thank you for not changing ?:) Love & respect to you for cleaning the water out of old antiques.:)
At 57:00, that is the ear listening part from a late 1800's style telephone. 😉

I've never seen you catch as many good catches as you did in this spot. Hope you had enough room to take it all with you .
Back of chair looking thing I think is a heat vent grate for gravity type(vintage) house heating. Lived in a house in Los Angeles with very similar grates in the rooms where heat came up from the gravity furnace. With all these pieces of I think there's a house in there.
Wow, if there is that much stuff in that small little area, imagine how much is in that entire river. That's crazy!! Thanks for cleaning up Fisher :)
Zippo would probably love to add that lighter to their collection. They have ones that have been run over by trains, that have stopped bullets….just give them the story of how you found it, and maybe it’ll get displayed too!
You found part of a "yoke" and old wagon wheel parts. I think the whole wagon is under there. The wood is rotted off. Never know.
That stuff is all so old ..cast iron .from a fire maybe ..great videos ,from you thanks so much !
Draw bridge pully wheel!!😮 Think you may have found the remnants of an old city entrance round rings look like door knockers. Curious if their use to be a lighthouse or port keep at this spot? You literally find the craziest oddities. Thx for all the good years.
So nice seeing the progression of all you found at that spot. So many vastly different treasures.
Thinking that long thing with the brass end was part of an old telephone. (?). Nice spot, cleaning up the waterways. Good deal! 👍👍👍👍
Hi Tyler..did ya check that 1st pipe for any Frankie's livin in there? 🤣🙏
**Kudos for doing your part in cleaning these waters.
Wow great finds love find number 2 the metal grate very different of anything I have seen before and lots of different items your getting .love watching your video to see what you will find next. Greetings from 🇬🇧
The bigger keys like that I believe come from a SPAM CAN back in the day they used to have the key wrap for the bigger cans , prior to pull tops.
Canned hams had those bigger ones, too
Really enjoyed your video. It brought back memories..Thank you so much for sharing. God bless
LOVE THIS! Reminds me that summer isn't far away!
Thanks so much for this fun video Tyler! I’ll be doing magnet fishing around Chicagoland this coming spring! I can’t wait to snag some something something’s and maybe be putting some friendliest back into the water!

I'm waiting for the next find to drain the dock area. That would be too funny. Imagine all the "little friendlies" you could find.
53.16 looks like Alex caught a bell. Got some very interesting items, boys. Well done. Those guns are awesome!! I'd be cleaning them up.
that lever looing piece you found at 1:15:17 possibly could be an open or close lever for your pipes under the house or just piping for water flow. you would have to look at H.D. website and look up shut off valves to see what I mean...or it could be an old locking mechanism for a window

That hook and pointy thing is a gaff used to catch ropes on boats and pull in large fish or it may be a fireplace poker
The metal show skates came out in the 1950 and 60s in good shape they start out at $35.00 and there called union hardware adjustable metal roller skates with leather straps
That is an old Horn that went “OOOOGA”😂🤣
Good morning! After our ice storm it’s good to see sunny skies even if it last year.
The u-shaped wire with a loop and a white piece on the end was the inside part of a slide whistle. You never know what is on the end of the magnet!
have seen something like that grill looking piece you found on the first day before and normally it would be kind of decorative chrome that would be in front of the glass of an iron fireplace for heating a home

#3 looks like the chisel end of a large jackhammer, maybe one attached to an excavator or something similar.

Nice finds. Glad you found this place to magnet fish. It’s Like Christmas. Have fun.
@19:55 the other half of a fishing rod.
@32:10 it's a horse's bit. The round things straps the leather to the horse. U got some stufffff
That skate key would have been used on the roller skate pieces you found
Fantastic finds today Tyler. The ornate door is the front of heat register in very old houses, when they were on the bottom of the wall, not on the floor like they are now. Have a great day my friend ❤️🙂⚘️.
The horse shoe, is actually a tool used in logging.
The part with the brass top, looks like the piece you talk into from a phone from the early 1900s. That's why there are wires coming out of it.
the type of roller skates you found were made during the first half of the century all the way through to the early 70's
The long metal with the metal ring is what you tie horse rains to
Thanks Tyler, see you in the next one.
1:13:57 looks like a foot trap for animals, looks like the jaws are rusted together, that ring on the side would be part of the spring that slides up and clamps the jaws together, its missing the rest of the spring, trigger, and chain but Im pretty sure that is what it is.
At 9:50, that thing looks like something that would go to a saw-mill or something.. You sure find some interesting stuff.
I fell out laughing when he tried to ride the rusted skate 😂😂😂
Just a marvelous film. So many antiques! Wonder if u guys kept any of em? Super cool.
We kept many of them
I’ve watched you since before you had beard!!lol but where are people. I can’t go out without multiple people bothering you and questioning everything. What a pain when you just want to enjoy the sport. Best to you!!!

Yea I remember these videos, that was a great spot
The long heavy bar near the end looked like an old free-weight bar for weight lifting.
Another great show many nice finds You know if you clean up the old cast iron stuff even if it dosent belong to anything or is complete if its ornate people will pay bank for it.. a good little ammount of cash on the side... for now stay safe and keep throwing...
Loved it all so much fun.
I just saw an Eagle lock on Etsy going for $40 - def antique! The curly end piece around 1 hour 36 is the slide from a slide whistle. Loved the Bonanza! - I did watch it in a couple parts though!

A nice long video and we loved it! So cool!
That's a grand tears pie pan. It's metal, painted and paint is baked on. They made plates for camping, pots for cooking etc.
I can see it all now, I took a pause @47:34. And I just have to say I have a feeling Alex is going to pull out that tree to get rid of it. That heavy metal you caught looked a lot like part of a old school tamping rod like one they used for mining and building railroad tunnels
I loved everything about this long video. Please more long videos.
The heavy thing you got is the cut off end of a 6 inch water pipe made of cast iron or ductal iron
Thanks for the video hope you find a lot of cool stuff you're video takes me away for a while until next time.
Day 1. You could make a real cool bird bath with this round base after you scrape off shoe, attach the 7 chain gear piece, then with the piping from a toilet, now you just need the bowl. What are the chance you caught both parts to roller skate
That is a cleet or what you tie a boat to at an dock . Not a horse shoe it's like a giant staple for logs .💙💜🥰
Doing great little brother. Your content is doing well. Keep up the great work
All those interesting finds ..it is like industrial archaeology..
The bike part is so funny!! 😂
Super late to the party here, but that thing you found at 1:31 is the slide and plunger of a slide whistle.
