Bhadrakali 12 year festival is the festival which is held once in 12 years. Bhadrakali 12 year festival is most popular. Lots of people came to watch this festival. This festival starts from Bhadrakli Temple near Sundhara. In this festival people wear a mask of many god and goddess i.e. Ganesh, Manamaiju, Simbha, Dhumba, Ajima, Bhairab, Kumari, Bhadrakali, Dudpati etc. People wearing mask of different god and goddess dances in different places. Main attraction of this festival is sucking blood of sheep and hen by all of God and goddess. Most of people are more attracted toward blood sucking in this festival. Among all the God and Goddess Dudpati is one who just drinks milk. He doesn’t suck blood. One the most popular festival among Newar People which continuously held for around 6 months. During this dance begin in many places of Kathmandu.
