    Man its crazy how easy the trail to follow is from Rod's dad being a dismissive, uncaring, ignorant patriarch to Rod being such a fucked up christian weirdo. Usually there's a bit more than that but this is such a cut and dry case.

    That "sexual code" of black people was imposed on them by the slaveocracy. Black families were broken up during slavery through rape, murder and the separation of parents and children through the sale of slaves. Then black families were broken up through the stress imposed by poverty, the family separation imposed by poverty and racism (family members forced to migrate north), racist violence against black men, racist incarcerations of black men and segregation which kept black people as second class citizens. Any fair-minded conservative would have to appreciate the intense stress on black families. But whoever said Rod was fair-minded....

    • @eduard3177
      @eduard3177 Год назад +4

      @@MrJohndoakes That is simply not true. Freemasonry is not a monolith. In "The Ku Klux Klan and Freemasonry in 1920s America", Michael Hernandez describes how in many states, there certainly was overlap in membership. This is literally one of the first results if you googe "freemasonry and KKK". There is also plenty of historical precedent for freemasonry getting involved with fascist , nativist and racist secret societies. Think for example how earlysupporters of apartheid in South-Africa organised among certain masonic lodges, or how freemasonry intersected with the far right in post-war Italy.

    • @PrettyH8Mach1n3
      @PrettyH8Mach1n3 Год назад +4

      @@eleSDSU yeah but the Klan was explicitly against Catholics because they thought these more recent Catholic migrants would have more of an allegiance to the Pope and fhe Church than upholding white, Anglo Saxon supremacy. They called them "Crossbacks" IIRC. Nazis were catholic because that was the major religion of the region. The Vatican was eerily silent about what Nazis were doing and they collaborated.
