I love these for recipe ideas and inspiration but also these random catchup conversation vibes make my mornings wonderful and also remind me to slow down and take a break on a busy day. Today I'm moving out of my ex's apartment and doing taxes and cleaning the old apartment by myself. It's a lot of adulting with little sleep but it will get better. Good food helps

I have a complicated relationship with health and fitness. I have a love-hate relationship with my body and how I think about myself.
I welcome all of the current (and more of) the fitness content (both nutrition and fitness) from Joe. I feel no hate or shame when he talks about ways to be healthy. Joe is such a positive light for me to view fitness and nutrition in. I feel so encouraged to get up and move around (break a sweat) when I see and listen to the segments with workouts or healthy cooking.

Hei Joe! I want to tell you this just because I have been following your channel for a bit now, and I know how this is all about being less sh!tty and trying to be more conscious... flower cultivation is very environmental impacting (because of carbon emissions and pesticides us). I personally love flowers in my house so I prefer plants with flower because they last longer, naturally remove carbon dioxide and produce oxygen during the day (last week I pick up a daisies... I know, so basic. ahahahah). Thank you anyway for your content and have a great day. ((:
