Hi Anissa, so wonderful to have that level of freedom and excitement! Your welcome, blessing to you and your tribe. 🙏🏻
Invigorating while being challenging! I could keep up only to 75% today but I promise to return and check progress soon! Namaste Kathy!
Hi Arthi,
Each day we feel differently. Our energy is varied depending on our mind and more. This is correct to practice accordingly. 🙏🏻
I love Iyengar yoga. Thank you Kathy for your great videos. You are my favorite.
Dear Leone, thanks for your note. Guruji was brilliant and feel grateful to have had the opportunity to learn and now pass it on. 🙏🏻

🙏🏻☺️
All this rocking is dizzy mking for me. I'll try something else. Thanks
Hi Theresa, yes maybe a few quieter classes for you will work well. This is for a more active session for more mature students.
Thanks for giving it a try, maybe later you can come back to it. Namaste
Wow I've never had a yoga class hurt my injured shoulder so much and so quickly. I do yoga to deal with an old shoulder injury. 3min of this class and I'll be out of action for a week.
Dear Lisa, sorry to hear that. Difficult to label
the practices at times. If you have had shoulder injury(s) your nursing one, the flow may not be the best. This is a level 1 Iyengar class but more for those with a few years of practice. If there has been a shoulder or neck injury it would be best to do with support as in a chair for halasana and blanket support. Those classes are available also. It always depends on the body condition and we always must adjust to our condition. My apology for not mentioning that more at the beginning of class. Lábeled it a general class not beginner’s but next time will say more.
Take care, Kathy
Great class but I struggled to keep up. Personally, I find a few of these poses - particularly the back bending ones - need me to work through in a few preliminary stages before I go all out in order to get the right posture.
Hi Royston, yes this 15 minute practice is great to add to the middle or end of your practice. We each know are body and must modify accordingly. Iyengar practices are never just 15 minutes, typically longer. For presenting here I do my best to give ideas and inspiration to add to your practice. Check out the other longer classes for a warm up. All my best. 🙏🏻
How can I join the 18 lesson foundational Iyengar yoga course…,
Found it, thanks
Great class as always, but Halasana, karnapidasana and sarvangasana all levels? My students would die just to do the start of this class… 😅
Hi Cati, you're probably right but for some maybe just the awareness and exposure they needed to go further. As always be aware of your body and make adjustments where appropriate. 🙏🏻❤️
