I grew up on Joe and The House Rockers on Carson Street in the south side of Pittsburgh at the greatest bar/venue for anything rock n roll it was just an absolutely cool and amazing environment, my ex wife and I were at our peak together then we were in our mid 20s and working on our dreams together we both had great jobs and going places the 90s was an incredible decade for us, I can always remember telling her I want a bar band as cool as Bruce and the gang in the glory days videos so she comes home from a weekend of business meetings in Pittsburgh and says she found that band and I had to go see them and she wasn’t taking no for an answer I just knew that much so when the time was right Nick’s here we come and damn she was right on the money I fell in love with them the first time I saw them and to this day they are my second favorite rock group yes only Bruce is in front, I remember that first night and how we were on the floor and I kept looking over at the two sides and decided I was gonna own that barstool on the end closest to the stage and that is where I was at every time except for the Bruce nights for that I was front row center and damn those were great times full of great memories. Joe is an amazing human being and just an incredible band to see live I just got lucky as hell he and the Boss were friends that blew me away and I appreciated the band always making time to say hello and sometimes hang out and have a drink with us before the show I’m always gonna love and appreciate them for that and the coolest part was there music is amazing and the performance even better thank you Joe and the house rocker’s for making the 90s such a fun decade for a couple a fools in love the memories are all fantastic bc she was always so happy and she still has all the souvenirs we collected together though I still claim them lol that was fun sharing thank you for the upload now if I could just go back to say October 20th 21st 95 damn that sounds like a fun night
