I have shed tears a few times over the story of these ladies, Bahá’í or otherwise. Tears were not purely sadness but love, admiration and adoration. It was an emotional reaction at threshold of ultimate goodness, beauty and virtue. A mysterious quality that will prevail calmly, with dignity and powerfully. In time it will show and prove what is called in Persian “nekbat” and stupidity of it’s perpetrators for ever. What an embarrassing irreparable damage to the reputation of Islamic Republic in the eyes of fair minded people of Iran and the world. And still is going on.
