I truly appreciate your kind words, James, and I am very glad to learn of your improvement!! Thanks very much for your support and for sharing your success, and keep up the great work!! Tom
This is a find I needed. Since I have started playing regularly again. I have been doing the "Hogan Arms" thing not knowing if it was correct or not. Sometimes I did it and sometimes I didn't. It just seemed that if I incorporated it with everything it just worked. But now having confirmation by Tom will only make me more confident in becoming a better golfer. I am only 3 weeks in with this Saguto guy and I am hitting the ball better and more consistently than ever. Long, straight high flying birds. Stack, tilt, turn and take that divot. Did I say take that divot? This Hogan arm thing makes me feel good that I had actually figured something out myself and with Saguto's confirmation it only emboldens me to get better. It's empowering when you get the strength that comes from knowing. At 65 years old I have some really bad habits and it is difficult to change. Especially your golf swing. You take yourself for granted that you have reached your peak when it comes to golf and you are content to be mediocre and hit in the '90s (high '90s). But I'm a good guy who is willing to buy the drinks so I get invited to play. I think if I get into the 80' 0r the 70's I will get invited to play more and someone else will have to buy. I have tried to do everything Tom teaches. I may not be doing it all right but it has changed my game forever. Yes, he is a little,........different. but spot on the money.
Tom, this video has been a game changer for me. Your ability to simplify a complex setup change is much appreciated! I have watched this video hundreds of times. Rep it until it’s yours. Hogan arms! Thanks again Tom!!
Thank you very much, Ken - I sincerely appreciate your generous support and I'm very glad to know that you are enjoying my channel's content!! Keep up the great work!! Tom
Love these lessons. I’m pushing 70 and I’m having the time of my golfing life. Straight and 250 yards. Where were you when I was 30? Can’t believe this is so easy to pickup and improve. Keep the lessons coming.
That’s fantastic to hear.Im 52 and hitting close to 300 yards now, thanks to Tom and I can only play once a week and practice once a week due to work commitments, wish I knew about this 30 years ago,we have all been taught wrong for years
I have been watching you for a while now but this video helped me shoot my best score today I have a 28 handicap and today I shot 79 on a par 71 course. THANK YOU!!!
OK, Mr. Saguto....I have been watching your videos for a couple weeks now and have been entertained by your style but was reluctant to hit yet another subscription. This video is exactly what I needed to see! The simplicity in your instruction is what us weekend golfers need to hear. Good Stuff! You have a new subscriber!
This is a game changer for me. I was struggling this year with my irons - and thanks to this, I don’t even think about mishits - it just works perfectly for me👍 Thanks a lot!!
Tom, I'm 48 and have tried taking tips from countless youtubers, and did 6 lessons with a local golf pro after struggling for two years with impact, power and direction. This video has revolutionized my game! After 3 range sessions and just making my back-swing I am crushing the ball now, or as you would say, hitting it as crispy as an order of KFC and some million dollar shots! Needless to say, I"m a subscriber now and going to search for some chipping videos on your page tonight! Thank you!

I have been following your channel for over a year now, making improvements but still in consistent with the striking. I finally grasped the idea of elbows together and striking is so much better. Key for me was to let my "elbows together" thought dictate my back swing length. Thx for the videos TS.

Hi Tom ,Thanks for the Hogan tip, Iv'e never heard of it before your lesson today. I have just come back from the driving range as I have been really struggling with my irons . I used the Hogan elbows and was amazed at the immediate improvement ,straighter and longer. So pleased I looking forward to playing tomorrow. Does the same technique apply to the driver.?I only had irons with me. Many Thanks

I’m a new comer to Saguto and what a big difference you’ve made to my game in a very short time. Can wait to see your video... thx for keeping it real.
I've been struggling with my irons in the past 4 months. No matter what I tried, nothing worked until I took Sagudo's tip of hitting irons like Ben Hogan. It's easy and simple to follow. No more far left or far right, but it lands within 15 yards! It works! The best part, it's simple for a middle aged man with 20 handicap. Thanks Tom!
@L. L., I'm very glad the instruction on my channel has benefited your game!! You've obviously done an excellent job digesting the lesson content, incorporating it into your swing, and taking ownership of it!! Thanks for sharing and keep up the great work!! Tom
@@SagutoGolf Tom, after many months of frustration, I had no choice but to start searching the cure for my wayward swing. Every instructor is different! But, from watching over 20+ instructors, I found your simple instruction to be refreshing and easy to follow! I went out and tried it the very next day and it instantly worked! Thanks so much!
Cannot thank enough for the everflowing semperfy, body friendly drill vids! Played a round last week and didn't get Hogan's arms. At the end of the day losed money. Money is not the issue, but the face knowing l am beaten. Now got Hogan's arm, last puzzle piece and on a mission to get my money back and much more!

@@SagutoGolfwell your videos have helped me a ton as a beginner. I’ve taken some notes on a few other of your videos. If I dominate (hitting par on more than one hole😂) the next time I play with your tips, I’ll sign up. I’ve already gotten a lot more tips in my back pocket I’ve tried at the range from your videos. Will be playing with friends this week. Your videos have accelerated me as a new player. If not though I’d love to buy a Saguto hat or something lol
This honestly shaved 10 strokes off my game today (my putting sucked ) but I couldn't believe the difference in power and how connected I felt. Thanks man, that's what my game needed.
This video tip changed my game.. tried the method and instance results.. 45 out of 50 dead straight. More important though, I had FUN again instead of wondering what the he'll my ball was going to do next. Best video I've seen in many years.. thank you
Thomas, thanks to you and your brilliance; I’ve broken 80, the last 3 times I’ve played in competition! My handicap is coming down! Currently, I’m off 12.
Used this technique today and played brilliant. My hcp is 14. So easy to hit every club straight. I have been a fan of Ben Hogan for a long time and follow his 5 fundamentals, but never understood how to point the elbows until I saw your video. Many thanks
Great Tom! Must give you some credit for your online class. I am usually STRUGGLING to break 100. I’ve spent the last week practicing the movements that you teach at home (without clubs). Played yesterday and got a 94. Now I am aiming to break 90. What I specifically love is your ability to really simplify the golf swing.

Hey Tom, I am 66 years old and have not picked up a club in years but decided to get back into it. I was getting very disappointed with my swing and not being consistent at all. Watched your video and hit the driving range, OMG what a difference, I am hitting the ball longer and straighter than ever before. Thanks for the video, now I want to be on the course or the range every day.
That's Fabulous, Curtis!! I'm glad you're deriving some benefit from my channel's content, but more importantly I'm thrilled to know that you are getting back into the game!! Thanks very much for sharing and keep up the great work!! Tom
Did the Hogan arms on my round today and hit some of the best drives of the season. My hybrid and irons are all coming together. Keep up the great content. PS no sore back either anymore!
Amazing, I have a lot of swing thoughts including shallowing lag etc all of which hard for me to achieve UNTIL NOW. Tried this out on video last night, bloody stupid was my first reaction as I was pinched and couldn't go anywhere. After a few swings started to connect and compress then bang it all started to work and hitting compressing with much more consistency. Cool then videoed and when played back not only connecting but under plane and more lag. Been watching Tom on and off for a while, not sure about S&T as I don't really understand it but hell if this is watch it creates I'm 100% so thank you Tom.
You can call it whatever you want to, Paul. Thanks Tom. I tried this, it was easy to implement and worked really well. I really enjoyed my round as I was flushing irons better than I have for years, and wasn't worrying about dodgy strikes. Gaining distance and going over the back of greens was a lovely problem to have!
Awesome!! Well done, Neil, and thanks so much for sharing your improvement!! (Sorry about that distance "problem".... 💪💪😎) Keep up the great work!! Tom
I am 74 years old and Tom is the best for teaching Hogan’s swing. I can do it now and I am hitting my drive finally over 200 yd. again and this is fun now. Thank you from this old retired dentist.
I truly appreciate your kind words, Dr. Merrell, and I am very glad to learn that my channel's instruction has benefited your game to such an extent and that you're now enjoying yourself out there - *THAT* is really what it's all about!! (After all, we're talking golf and not root canals here, right?....😂) Mr. Hogan is recognized by many as being the greatest ball striker of all time, and yes - he certainly did make great contributions to the world of golf instruction and remains popular in that realm today. Of particular noteworthiness in this regard is his book "Five Lessons - the Modern Fundamentals of Golf". There's a lot of great information in that book, but there have also been many misinterpretations that have led numerous golfers - and their ball flight - astray. I do my best to take what Mr. Hogan conveys in the book as his "feels", apply it to the reality of what he actually did in his swing, and translate it into something we all - including myself - can learn well from. Because if we get Hogan right there is tremendous and timeless instructional value to be garnered!! Thanks for your support in sharing your success, and keep up the great work!! Tom
I just emailed a young guy this video link. I was doing my best to get him to do the "Hogan Arms" and he was starting to get it but I think seeing your video will help confirm that I know what I am talking about. Love your energy. Cheers
Great video, Tom! I've read Hogan's 5 Fundamentals many times, but I've forgotten about "rolling" my elbows inward at address to help stay connected throughout the swing. Really helps your ball striking! Thanks!
Watched the Ben Hogan’s arms video and worked on turning the torso like you teach. GAME CHANGER! So much KFC Cripsy I can’t wait to play again. You are the best!! Keep up the great work, thanks so much!
That's awesome, Mickey!! I'm very glad to know that these lessons resonated so well with you; nice job incorporating them into your swing. Thanks for sharing your success, have fun out there, and keep it crispy!! 😎 Tom
Your explanation of the golf swing is simplistically genius. Thanks for doing these videos. Every other instructor I have been to, tries to over teach the golf swing, perhaps to justify the exorbitant fees they charge.
*OUTSTANDING!!* I’m very glad to know that this lesson resonated with you; excellent job incorporating it into your swing and putting it into play. By the way, I make reference to this type of connected arm structure in many other videos here, including this recent one if you'd like to check it out: ruclips.net/video/u6MxQagq2Ts/видео.html Thanks so much for your support in sharing your dramatic ball striking improvement and keep up the great work!! 💪💪 Tom Saguto, PGA PS: Since my channel’s content is connecting well with you, I am confident that you will also benefit from my newly updated FREE mini course “The Top 3 Keys You Need to Be a Great Ball Striker”: go.saguto.golf/ Featuring 17 videos and 45 minutes of detailed lesson and drill content, this is a great way to gain a fundamental understanding of this system as well as an introduction to the formal learning method that has countless thousands of men and women from across the globe - including many accomplished, low-handicap, competitive players and spanning all age ranges from junior to super-senior - now enjoying the best golf of their lives: saguto.golf/p/sagutogolfreviews
My congratulations! Your Ben Hogan swing analysis is fairly correct. You are not like most others dummies golf teachers that keep inventing drills to innocents pupils, waisting their time (and money). You go always to the right point. I thank you very much.
Thanks Edward - I sincerely appreciate the kind words, and I'm very glad to know that my instruction content and style are resonating with you!! Have fun out there! Tom
I was given a mint condition copy of Ben Hogan’s Five Lessons printed in 1985. I read through it and spent about 2 hours on the range before I played 9 holes. I hit every FIR and nearly hit each GIR. I shot a 45 bc my short game was way off (first round in a few months). But this video is correct. I’ve never seen the ball flights this swing produces. The ball goes up and keeps going up way farther than I’m accustomed. I’m a 12-14 HI any given month. My short game is historically my best game so hopefully this will lead to breaking 80 in 2022.
Or as I like to say, John, "the ball gets smaller faster..." 😎 Thanks for sharing your success, keep up the great work, and let's see you crashing through that 80 barrier really soon! Tom
Tom, one of the best tips ever. I've been following you for a couple of months and changing to weight forward stack and tilt along with inside backswing as improved my ball striking tremendously . This Elbows Tip take my swing to the next level. I had seen the tip in Hogan's book but didn't fully understood it until I saw you actually explain it and hit balls with it. Thanks Paul
I read about this at least 40 years ago in Ben Hogan's "Fundamentals of Golf". Probably the greatest book ever written on the golf swing. You have explained it in a way that is much more understandable and useful. The book might be a good source of material for future videos. I love how you have dramatically improved my golf game. This is a great addition to your other tips.
Life changing. My clubs were almost being sold as I was really struggling with my irons. I watched this, practiced and things improved hugely. Many thanks.
Thanks so much, David, and I wish you and yours a Blessed Christmas as well!! By the way, it's nice to see you participating in the Members' Forum of the online school!! Tom
I discovered the Hogan arms by accident in my garage whilst playing around with my inconsistent iron swing.. I thought "man.. wait until people hear about this new technique I invented" hahaha... I was hitting it so well I thought I'd research it a bit and whaddayaknow.. I discover this.. :) Can't wait to try it on the course this weekend.. I've never been told this in any of my lessons.. I guess the Pro wants me to keep coming back! :)
LOL!! Sorry the burst the bubble on your garage discovery, Luke, but I must say that you did a great job figuring this out on your own!! And yes - unfortunately, such sorcery from this dark underworld of golf instruction rarely finds its way to the mainstream because if too many folks found out about it the mainstream would then be rendered irrelevant.......😎 Keep up the great work and have fun out there!! Since following your videos and Ben Hogan‘S golf swing 4 weeks ago, I have reduced by hcp by 4 shots . Time and more views will reduce that even further of that I am sure. My putting has improved as well. I am one happy Chappy. Thank you and Ben Hogan.
Hi Ferdinand, I'm very glad to learn that my channel's instruction has contributed to your being a Happy Chappy!....😆😆 Mr. Hogan timelessly delivers tremendous instructional value, right?! But there are just so many misconceptions about Hogan’s swing out there - particularly within the realm of misunderstood or misapplied instruction - that have sadly relegated generations of golfers to the vast abyss of chronic frustration. We're doing our best here to clear these up one by one and put an end to this madness, because if we can get Hogan right there is tremendous instructional value to be garnered!! By the way, due to their popularity I've combined my Hogan lesson videos into a playlist series on this channel. I have tried the Ben Hogan arms the last two practice rounds on the course. I don’t like practicing on the range. This has straightened my shots from driver to wedge and added more effortless power. It’s almost like cheating. Big test will be taking it to competition day. Thanks Tom!!!
I'm very glad to know that this Hogan's Arms lesson crisped up your ball striking, Paul - excellent job putting it into play on the course so quickly and effectively!! Thanks for sharing your success and enjoy the competition!! Tom

Good stuff. I’ve been reading the book, and wondered exactly what the elbows were doing there, this helps visualize it better to make sure I interpreted it correctly.. I always have my right elbow in the Hogan setup, but my left is always pointed out. Need to try it this way!

"Let your elbows see the sun" was in my 1st six pack of lessons, 30 years ago and sometimes in this game you get away from great advice. Went back to that form today, crisp.
Dude I’ve watched 2 of your videos and it transferred over into my game overnight. Just 2 things I was missing the hogan arms and I was firing my hips too early so I did the belt loop drill. Needless to say this got me more shallow, added 20-30 yards to my drives, fixed my advanced chip/pitch shots(normal bump and runs are easy for me) , and made me more consistent with my ball striking

Thanks Tom Been looking for a way to set my arms Seatched " Left arm Position " and found this Much appreciated My left elbow had been pointing twards the left for 20 Years 🙂still a 24 handicap this will change 👌
just came back from the course. Still need to work to make this happen on driver, but on irons I was nailing my wedges from 100 yards out to within 10 feet. A new feeling for me! Thanks! Can't wait to see if I can make it work on driver. My problem on driver is over swinging. Can't keep from wanting to kill it and I loose my composure.
That's great, Stan!! With regard to overswing your driver, that's a natural instinctive tendency that we need to spend the appropriate time to overcome. It's more a loss of sequencing than composure, although the latter can certainly occur after enough bad sequences... 😎 Have a look at Stack and Tilt co-founder Mike Bennett hitting the driver: ruclips.net/video/7fmtzyH3rsA/видео.html. It looks very similar to his iron swing, right?: ruclips.net/video/SLjwU_1Cc7o/видео.html That's the goal. Keep up the great work! TS
I was always told that mr hogan played fades but after going to what you have shown me in your video that I can’t come over the top and it’s producing a draw
And the problem is??....... 😆😆 As one of the game's most prolific ball strikers Mr. Hogan could curve it either direction as needed, but he went to a stock fade to take the left side of the course out of play. The hook was his previous nemesis, and he really didn't enjoy success at the game's highest level until he took that shot out of his bag. Keep up the great work and enjoy that nice draw!!
Out back on my home range, on a glorious No Cal evening, using “Hogan Arms”....Yet another game changer from Mr. Saguto. Feasting on crispy fried chicken and mashed Po Ta Toes. A tad awkward at first (feel like De Chambeau looks) but after a couple dozen swings I’m mashing. Maybe the best tip yet. Train Rolls On !
Awesome video. A buddy saw me struggling yesterday and recommended this adjustment on the course. I went looking for a video to teach this more thoroughly. Can't wait to practice this more. Curious, does this also apply to pitching and chips around the green?
I can't believe this video is coming. My friend is a tinkerer and watched a video of "tucking left elbow in" so he was "going to try it" next time out. so i sent him pics of Hogan and his elbows from five lessons. Low and behold her comes this video tonight! you are the man!!!!!!!!!
Tom, I found your videos at the start of the COVID lockdown (UK) when all I could do was practice the swing in the garden. Now we’ve been playing again I have been pretty much hitting handicap or better every round and no back ache. Yesterday my game took a dip with more hooks than I’d ever had and I didn’t know why until I watched this. I’d let right elbow go behind (slot machine). I was in despair for a while until I watched this video and it identified the issue for me. Thanks Tom.

If so: 1) Congratulations!!!!! 2) You now owe all of the nearly 54,000 subscribers in this virtual clubhouse a drink!!!!.......................... Seriously, that's fabulous!! Thanks for sharing your great success!! Tom
Lol... love your enthusiasm and the fact you look like a young Chevy Chase from Caddyshack! Great tips. I love Hogan and Moe Norman swings. Both so simple yet consistent and powerful. Cheers
Lol, I just love these video’s. There really isn’t any other RUclips channel I can get excited about, except this one. Always looking forward on what next video tip will bring. Tom has this odd style, but somehow I really like it. It’s like he talks directly at you. On top of that, this stack and tilt way has completely changed my game, since the courses re-opened here in Europe I shot over 30 stableford every time and on a European Tour course in the Netherlands even 39 stableford. And I am pretty sure I am still missing to do some key points in this swing methodology. Just the basic fundamental on weight forward has been huge already. Anyone has a tip on how to remember all the key check points, i.e. a word or phrase or so?
Tom, I’ve been following u for about 2 months now and Learned the stack and tilt method along with your teaching style really got me excited about it. Here I am 2 months later and my shot is so much better and I haven’t mastered it but it’s come a long way and my score is already improving every time out. I have a similar set up to u at my house and just went and tried this and it’s like the icing on the cake for me! So consistent. Thanks Tom you’re the man.
Great tip Tom I read 5 lessons years ago and you reminded me how important where your elbows point to is. My elbows tuck out without me knowing it and my ballstriking suffers, thanks Tom. New sub here!
This is exactly what was happening to me today at the range. My arms naturally hang weak so I actually ended up folding my right palm over to where the v goes straight up the shaft and due to my slightly odd arm hang this pulled my elbow to my side and straight down. Once I locked this in it was even better than yesterday at the range. Now it feels like a hinge. Thanks again Tom!
Tom, a fan of yours here. Another great great video, one small thing/question, at 10:08 you say “...facing outward...”, but you really mean facing inwards...???
Yeah - I suppose it's a perspective thing, Peter. The elbow joints themselves certainly do point in toward the body. I'm pretty sure the visual clarifies my intent, though. Anyway, I'm glad you liked the video! Tom Due to popular demand and the tremendous instructional value, I do plan on producing another Hogan episode in the near future. There is just so much great stuff we can learn from the master's swing!

I think Hogan arms is one of the best tips I have ever heard. Thanks Tom.
I do like the introduction, never noticed the left leg being so important, like the way Tom introduce us to a new swing.
This is changing my game. You have hands down the best golf instruction videos I have ever come across. Thank you.
Fantastic!! I'm glad to know that the Hogan Arms lesson resonated well with you, Marshall!!
Tom
Thanks! This video is very helpful, I tried the technique today in driving range, it works quite well. Let me buy you a cup of coffee. Many thanks 🙏

Love these lessons. I’m pushing 70 and I’m having the time of my golfing life. Straight and 250 yards. Where were you when I was 30? Can’t believe this is so easy to pickup and improve. Keep the lessons coming.
Awesome to hear your still golfing and that's why I love golf I'm 25 and I wanna continue golfing into my 70 also
He wasn’t born yet...
That’s fantastic to hear.Im 52 and hitting close to 300 yards now, thanks to Tom and I can only play once a week and practice once a week due to work commitments, wish I knew about this 30 years ago,we have all been taught wrong for years

This single tip, originally from some one else made a dramatic impact on my swing, best single swing tip ever.
I have been watching you for a while now but this video helped me shoot my best score today I have a 28 handicap and today I shot 79 on a par 71 course.
THANK YOU!!!
Straight lies but ok
Big fan of your humor while teaching, it's underrated too from what I can tell

Fantastic! I’m very glad to know that this concept finally clicked for you. Nice job building that necessary structure into your setup and swing.
Thanks so much for your support in sharing your improvement and keep up the great work!! 💪💪

The best golf lesson in the history of RUclips. I tried this today and my irons went straighter and farther. I can't wait to golf again tomorrow.
Me too Roy. Amazing how many years I had to work so hard to shoot low scores.

Thanks Tom!

I tried this and what a huge difference in ball striking, solid crispy shots that carried the ball 10 yards farther. Great tip !!

As long as it delivers body-friendly, consistent crispy contact for you, then who cares what name it goes by, right??... 😎

Thanks Tom. I tried this, it was easy to implement and worked really well. I really enjoyed my round as I was flushing irons better than I have for years, and wasn't worrying about dodgy strikes. Gaining distance and going over the back of greens was a lovely problem to have!

I am 74 years old and Tom is the best for teaching Hogan’s swing. I can do it now and I am hitting my drive finally over 200 yd. again and this is fun now. Thank you from this old retired dentist.
Tom Saguto is a great instructor and made it simple to understand. Thank you Tom from Tom Merrell

(After all, we're talking golf and not root canals here, right?....😂)
Mr.
Thanks!
Nice and fresh- thanks!
I'm glad you enjoyed it!!
Tried on the course today finally. Wow, best round of the year by far. Thinking I’m about ready to buy some blades and a tour bag.
“Squeeze the ball” is the best advice I’ve ever received, and it boils down to maintaining this arm/body connection.
Right you are, Collin. Keeping those connections intact is critical if we are to have any hope of consistency!
Cheers!

Your explanation of the golf swing is simplistically genius. Thanks for doing these videos. Every other instructor I have been to, tries to over teach the golf swing, perhaps to justify the exorbitant fees they charge.

I wish I could Like this more than once, for every time I watch it. This has helped me iron out my hook into a more controlled draw.
Or as I like to say, John, "the ball gets smaller faster..." 😎
Thanks for sharing your success, keep up the great work, and let's see you crashing through that 80 barrier really soon!

Hi Ferdinand,
I'm very glad to learn that my channel's instruction has contributed to your being a Happy Chappy!....😆😆
Mr.

This one tip transformed my ball striking.
Awesome!! I'm glad this lesson resonated well with you; nice job building it into your swing, and keep up the great work!!
Tom
"Let your elbows see the sun" was in my 1st six pack of lessons, 30 years ago and sometimes in this game you get away from great advice. Went back to that form today, crisp.
Thanks for this great tip. My elbows were apart and out and you're right, I didn't know.
OUTSTANDING!! I’m very glad to know that my instruction is resonating with you; excellent job incorporating it into your swing and putting it into play.
Thanks so much for your support in sharing your instant and dramatic improvement, and keep up the great work!! 💪💪

Tried hogans arms yesterday at the range, was hitting about 265 yards into a strong wind! Really improves the ball striking.Did not duff a single shot
Thanks Tom Been looking for a way to set my arms Seatched " Left arm Position " and found this Much appreciated My left elbow had been pointing twards the left for 20 Years 🙂still a 24 handicap this will change 👌
My pleasure, Ennio. I hope this is a game changer for you!!
Tom
just came back from the course.
Have a look at Stack and Tilt co-founder Mike Bennett hitting the driver: ruclips.net/video/7fmtzyH3rsA/видео.html. It looks very similar to his iron swing, right?: ruclips.net/video/SLjwU_1Cc7o/видео.html That's the goal.
Keep up the great work!

Another terrific explanation
Thanks Paul!!
I've been golfing a long time. Why does this point not come up more...
Excellent question, Mark. Unfortunately I don't have the answer. All I can say is that is certainly does come up in my instruction!
Thanks!
Tom
I have found that this is improving my short game also!!
As it should, Bob. Well done!!
TS
I was always told that mr hogan played fades but after going to what you have shown me in your video that I can’t come over the top and it’s producing a draw
And the problem is??....... 😆😆
As one of the game's most prolific ball strikers Mr. Hogan could curve it either direction as needed, but he went to a stock fade to take the left side of the course out of play. The hook was his previous nemesis, and he really didn't enjoy success at the game's highest level until he took that shot out of his bag.
Keep up the great work and enjoy that nice draw!!
@@SagutoGolf are you located at myrtle beach sc?
Out back on my home range, on a glorious No Cal evening, using “Hogan Arms”....Yet another game changer from Mr. Saguto. Feasting on crispy fried chicken and mashed Po Ta Toes. A tad awkward at first (feel like De Chambeau looks) but after a couple dozen swings I’m mashing. Maybe the best tip yet.
Train Rolls On !
gordon ritchie Don’t forget the gravy!!
Awesome video. A buddy saw me struggling yesterday and recommended this adjustment on the course. I went looking for a video to teach this more thoroughly. Can't wait to practice this more. Curious, does this also apply to pitching and chips around the green?
Absolutely, Matt - this can be used for all shots including chips and pitches.
I'm glad you enjoyed the lesson!

That's awesome Steve! I think your friend will enjoy tonight's video, it's such an IMPORTANT key to the swing.
Just turned 71 on June 15. Also hitting the ball over 250 yards. Thx to Tom!

Thanks Tom.
Hogan arms, hogan arms, ... very nice !! (Thanks a lot !)
My pleasure! I'm very glad to know that this lesson resonated with you!!
By the way, due to their popularity I've combined my Hogan lesson videos into a playlist series on this channel. Here's the link if you are interested: ruclips.net/p/PLV62KxT7Mp7IyNDRp0hZK1F1OScdXx-u1

Game changing. No better yet life changing!
Well I tried this today on a round with no practice beforehand and wow! Straighter and therefore more confident than I've ever been! Shot 96 on a par 72 with a bad back. The results kept me going and back to full fitness this could be a big key in my future game. Many Thanks for helping and explaining things so brilliantly. Love the site!

You have helped my scores drop 6 strokes. Thank You
Tom, I’ve been following u for about 2 months now and Learned the stack and tilt method along with your teaching style really got me excited about it.
The greatest golf trip ever! This has absolutely changed my golf swing...the missing piece that brought everything together
This might be it... this is the tip we have all been waiting for
Tom, a fan of yours here.
Tom
Due to popular demand and the tremendous instructional value, I do plan on producing another Hogan episode in the near future. There is just so much great stuff we can learn from the master's swing!
