This reminds me of the choose your own adventure books I use to read as a kid.
Me too, I loved those in elementary and junior high school.
If you haven't played The Warlock of Firetop Mountain, Citadel of Chaos, City of Thieves and Deathtrap Dungeon you haven't lived. Ian Livingstone and Steve Jackson were in talks to sell the rights to some of those to make movies out of them ! I'd make them all into blockbusters if I could.

I wanted so badly for one of the adventures to be solved. Please do more!
Over 40 minutes of whispering, that's fantastic. This is going right in my "sleep time" playlist. Besides, there weren't book like these when I was a kid, never seen anything like this. True, there was Lone Wolf and stuff like that, but those weren't really for Little kids. Nostalgia. The good old times... 😊
When you think about it, CYOA books are really just analog Visual Novels...

Very well done there are a lot of other choose your own adventure books out there once you have gone through the ones you have. Oh the One Piece place you were thinking of is Thriller Bark.
18:18 That episode on Thriller Bark had me dying when Luffy shoves the zombie back in his grave, One Piece makes me laugh all the time, especially when Zoro and Sanji are fighting lol
This will be such a fun trip down memory lane!

This was a lot of fun to listen to and watch. :) I have the same opinion on Circuses honestly; I hate the clowns and animal acts but the entire ascetic and vibe is something truly unique. Old creepy carnivals are also great sources of inspiration haha :)

Of the past couple months, this has been my favorite video, Jenn! I'd love to see a video of you doing Sudoku or a crossword puzzle. Maybe a word search. I'd LOVE a color by number with a bunch of crayons. Like those you'd do when you're a kid
Your story videos or picture book where you read are the only video that work for me now. No excessive tapping or forcing asmr noises. It's natural asmr. I like it. Please do more

I had these as a kid!! Man I haven't thought about them in years! I think i gave them away at some point... But i remember that my favourite was a fairground of dread, with the pirates of doom being a close second. Thank you for reminding me of a part of my childhood!

If you liked these when you were young, you should look into Joe Dever’s Lone Wolf series. They are fantasy but you must go through a prologue where you build a character or level up an existing one. It involves puzzle solving and combat as well as basic decision making.
