Bro there's no way for not getting gaslighted by team
Always keep attention to the map, always help your teammates who are going 1v2. Sometimes babysit your teammate that is doing great while the rest are doing bad. Try to figure out which hero is better to fight 1v1 so you won't have to rely too much on your team. And try to know which hero does what so you can counter them and predict their moves
