Did't even know about the elite edition, thanks! What about the supreme line, though?
Thank you! That's a great question!
We didn't cover The Supreme Line because we don't carry it in our store. Here are some details about The Supreme Line to add to the guide:
- It's printed on a crushed Retail stock and is traditionally cut.
- It comes with three gaff cards - double backer, a blank face card, and a "fallen pips" card.
- Just one Joker is in the deck.
@@butterflyplayingcards Thanks for the quick and informative reply!
@@butterflyplayingcardsI like the Supreme Line a lot but they are only available in Europe making them pretty expensive. Which deck that you carry would you say is most comparable to the Supreme Line?
@@davidniederauer1278 The Bicycle Elite Edition will be the closest handlingwise. It's also printed on a crushed Retail stock and traditionally cut.
when we talk about thickness, I can definitely feel the difference between thin-crush and standard, but they are about the same visually, I'm curious if you now the numbers, is it less than a tenth of a millimeter? the full decks are about the same thickness...
I have a deck of Fat Boy, they are ridiculously hard to bend, but they are about the same thickness as regular Bicycle... what's this sorcery lol
Well, that is difficult to answer. The thickness of USPC decks can vary, so even if we would measure one deck, it wouldn't mean another one would be the same.
The Retail stock can be even so thick it can resemble the Premium stock.
We've based our comparison on testing and hand feel. Since hundreds of decks have gone through our hands, we feel comfortable making these comparisons.
@@butterflyplayingcards oh okay, that means their tolerances are rather loose, at least for high scale volumes.
and I'd imagine these numbers kinda fall into "industrial secret" territory anyways ^^
@@dartfield4655 Yes. The room for tolerance is based on many factors, including for example how does the current batch of paper they use look like. It might be just ever-so-slightly different, but, in the end, it will be noticeable in the finished decks.

What is the different with
Rider Back and Standard 🎉
They are the same cards. The only difference is the tuck box.
The Rider Back box has been the classic since the beginning. USPC later introduced the Standard box its modern version.
