MySportnut I couldn’t agree more. Not only do they provide great content, it moves me to get more active in my golf life. Currently trying to save enough to get up to Toronto for a fitting! I would encourage you to not let these days of summer get away... dust off the sticks and get out there! Cheers
MySportnut Okay... that changes things a bit! I’m complaining about getting up to Toronto from Las Vegas... hell, I could walk there in a pinch! It’s 110 here today, so in great American fashion I decide if I’m this hot everyone must be this hot! Haha. I hope to get to you country one day, I have friends from Australia and I feel I would really like it. Anyway, hope you get out to the course soon. Cheers Friend (Mate)
The Dirty Dawgs even get Dirty Lips Outs!! 😊 Good match guys, really well played.👍 Idea - an FSX course vlog as a 1 club challenge some time...lets see more of those shot making skills...?
Poor Matt. That monster drive on 18 was overlooked due to Ian’s acrobatic move! That being said, I have to agree with every other comment, that drive stole the show! Cheers
Great action at St. Andrews. Shot of the day, Ian on 18! You hit anymore like that and you better have your chiropractor on speed dial buddy....good Lord that was crazy...but I must admit, I loved it!
One of the great things we're beginning to see is the talking through the thoughts prior to the shot. So much in the past was "secret" and reserved for coach to well heeled student. Now we're able to hear and then see the results of the process. While hitting into a white sheet and off a pristine flat mat all the time leaves out the part of the course vlog that makes them so interesting but still gives us even a thought routine in different conditions. Love these and the FSX skills challenges where you two are the kings! Keep ripping it up! Go Canada!
Great round boys Ian's drive on 18 lmao awesome... then Matty proceeds to go effortless 375... hah Putting in Foresight seems daunting... Wonder if there is anyway to improve on it or just possibly the reality of indoor golf?
@@austinlauer1910 I always have a celebration when I hit a Matty old toe shot, its the most underutilised area of all my Clubs! Sort of like a no-go area
Ian, I am really interested in what your thoughts are on tempo in the swing. Very few good/great golfers I know have a backswing as deliberate as you do, and I've had some tell me that the correct tempo for a swing is about 3:1, and they give examples like Rory, DJ, Tiger (pretty decent players imo). Your swing has a much slower tempo, I'd love to know the reason for it, or if it's just always been how you've swung. Also if you've never thought about it too much I'm so so sorry if I get you thinking on it too much, I'm just super interested and I really feel like you are so incredibly knowledgeable.
@@pieman6999 you know that literally any version of 3:1 is the same ratio? So 27:9 vs 3:1 is the same. Ian has a very slow take away and a normal delivery.
Kynd OW understand that perfectly. Go to the tour tempo app and you will hear the speed changes for the different version of 3:1, just trying to help champ
How does the alignment work, do you line your chosen landing spot up to the middle of the screen? You always appear to be hitting in the middle of the screen regardless of where you landed from your previous shot.
Would love for you guys to go to top golf and do the points challenge and see who wins maybe get the whole crew... not sure if they have it up north which means you guys will have to come to Dallas HQ... they may have to give you some dead balls though 😂
Brandon Mathis it is so hard for someone with constant access to a launch monitor to go spend money at top golf... but I agree, it would be fun to watch! Cheers
Ian's drive on the 18th....... A career as a ballet dancer beckons....but too many moves like that and you won't be having kids!!!! Hurt me just looking at it!
Ian's step through drive on #18 was ......epic!
375yds on the last! Drive of the day. Great vid guys.
I love these guys, best all round content on yt. they have inspired me to get back into golf after an 8 year break. keep up the great work txg

@@the2nd990 I'm in Australia, it's winter but still 24 deg centigrade every day. I would love to get up there for a fitting too.

Well done boys yet another awesome video, Great seeing you 2 having fun 👌 Ian, nice seeing you leaving nothing behind on the 18th 🏌️♂️⛳🏆
Great balance Ian, I would’ve completely fell over hitting full out drive like that. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻💪💪
Christ, Matt flew that where your'rs finished Ian and you gave that some crazy beans. Lol wetting my self at that last drive 😂😂😂
more courses cause this was freaking epic to watch
Good match there guys. Great to see you both using a little bit of strategy on St. Andy's

You guys rock. Now get your arses to the short game practice area! 😆
Ian at 8.47 "heeled it, face open".....welcome to my world🤣🤣🤣🤣
😂😂😂 I went from that to Matty's old toe shots

Bethpage Black would be interesting on the simulator considering the length of that course.
literally the best sim putters in the world
That was a friendly hole 11. TopTracer runs it for its "close to hole" and pin is 4 meters behind Matts bunker...
‘When we get over there’🤔🤔🤔, how about a conference Ian, maybe a q&a, sell tickets, I’m sure your UK fan base would snap up the tickets....
Great match lads!
really entertaining!

Play Akron. Now that’s a test.
I never thought swinging over 100% off the tee was a benefit until this video...
