I did myself extensions 1 time in 8 years and that's was in the middle of the bob length to bra straps. I never get to hide or be comfortable in those ways. I just have to look crazy until the next stage
Try the white perm rods….the white will make them tighter! And when they loosen they will look like your curls in the video and mine last for two months…the curl pattern loosens but still remains curly for the full two months that’s why I love perm rod curls

I've used so many curl techniques...soft foam, headband, twist outs, ribbon curls, flexi rods....by far my best results are the perm rods. When I want quick easy boho curls, I go with the ribbon curls (they are the most comfortable to sleep in). But nothing compares to the good ole perm rods ❤️

This video certainly gives me something to strive toward with my loc styling routine. i'm done with suffering through washed hair and thick braids for three days in order to get some volume. thanks for sharing. i also appreciated your little edge tutorial.
My loctician did some curls like that for me a year or two ago. She used perm rods and put me under the dryer. They lasted for a little over a month. Loved them. Yours look great 👍🏾
I sat under the dryer for maybe 1-2 hours or so. My locs aren’t that thick. I use a bonnet (only to bed and under my hard hat at work NEVER in public) to cover my hair. I just let the curls fall out naturally on their own. 😇

I currently do the braid when damp method and let dry for about 24 hrs and then I take em out but this looks like such tighter curls. U are GORGEOUS. I’ve used the old school foam ones and had great results. I have about 95locs and they’re thick so for me the key is to get it to dry. Some of mine were a tad damp n I had the rollers in for a day 😂 So if no dryer like u said then u need to leave them in longer until they dry completely or else it’ll drop. I just did a test run with perm rods yesterday n it worked well but again. Gotta dry. And maybe if u can Andi had a great hair dryer with the hose and shower cap. Changed my life 😂😂😂

I’m late here to you rolling styles but if your still doing or using different types of rods, I have a good one for you I’m from the old school but try foil to rod them you can thank me later!! That’s what I use as well to myself and I love them. Aluminum foil.,
