I realize that the key to this style is to put less locs on the perm rod/flexi rod and I just use a little water and jojoba oil and sometimes foam set also sit under the dryer for best results
Cute! I think someone in the comments said this also, but I usually do less locs per flexi rod, and then wrapping the locs at a diagonal up the rod rather than rolled over themselves. Take care ☺
I think it came out cute! Try rolling the locs in a more diagonal angle rather than on top of each other with the flexi rod. Also, it’s better to start with dry locs and then mist them with your spray before adding the mousse. It will help the curl hold better. Also try Spritz hold after you finish curling your entire head!

Her locs are too thick and long for 4 on one flexi-rod. You also curled them straight vs at an angle so the curl would ahve been wide. Your hair didn't fully dry either lol. Great video anyhow hun. Your perm-rod set was gorgeous and so were the resullts here!! They're locs🍎❤ I have smaller locs which are a little shorter than yours and I did 4-5 on one flexi-rod and air dried on not very damp hair. I spritz some water afterward and used mousse and they came out great. 🙂🙂
I have an ASMR type suggestion for you. Put the phone right on your mouth. the mic will capture Extreme wind in every word you say and the wind will make your voice sound unique. Great way to bring out your inner child. Unless you want to be professional but this will spice it up further. Can you upload every day?

Mine hold better and last longer when I leave them overnight. Yes sleeping in them can be uncomfortable, but its the only way it really works for me.

Try the white perm rods next time ….I’m positive you’ll like it …but sit under the dryer and put setting foam on it
