I'm just here to say that Slim Harpo RULES, and whether or not attention gets focused on him - whether or not this documentary ever comes out - it can't alter that essential fact. Whether 10M people know it, or only 10, it's no less true. One way you can notice, though, is that cover versions of his tunes always sound weaker somehow, no matter who does the cover. When an original artist (who is not a Beatle!) consistently delivers definitive versions, it says something! (But please, make the movie so the man can finally get some LONG overdue props.)
